Sky Zone Trampoline Park

2 minutes in this place and I want to take a shower. It's FILTHY and it stinks. Seems like a risk of contracting some type of fungus. The staff are brainless teenagers, bad customer service and the parking situation is another story. Ridiculously overpriced for the qualiry of this place. Doesn't even deserve 1 star tbh

This place is unprofessional. Back then, (almost 4 years since I last went) there were plenty of safety precautions put in place. However, I guess now Skyzone has really not been training their employees right, since many of them aren’t even present at most of the trampoline zones and often talking to each others in certain areas of the building. Workers don’t seem to care if multiple people are on one trampoline. I witnessed a kid jumping out of a trampoline and hitting the black fence, causing him to be in severe pain. It was a loud noise, but the worker just turned his back, leaving the child’s poor mom to help her hurt son. The concept of “taking turns” is nonexistent and employees just stand there while a group of little kids continue to play, holding up a long line of people. While I once cherished going here, I will no longer send any of my family members here anymore.

Always taking my kids during the day there and none of the stuff is open. Really!!! There is only 4 jumping rooms open at that time.. The staff is usually on their phones or not around. So I tried taking them there late evening and is alot worse, not only the place but even out side with drug and gangs.. As me and my kids were walking through the pocket lot. A shooting broke out. Got my kids safely in the truck. And got out of there, The next day my brother noticed that I had a gunshot hole in my Fender which I was lucky. It was only that and not my children. I was told a lot of stuff like this happens there late at night. This place should be closed along with the other businesses they are.

Parking here is tight and very crowded. There were a lot of long haul trucks in the yard. The parking area was so full we had to park next to a dumpster at night. There were no lights in the yard either. Once you got inside the place was decent. I don't know how the bathroom was because I didn't go while I was there. I didn't try any of the food . My children had fun. Sky zone had many areas for them to play. If we go back there it will definitely be during the day time.

I loved the place, my daughters love it and it was definitely a great option to have her party there. Excellent reception, especially from a Brazilian employee who welcomed us very well.
