We have been to Sky Zone in Vancouver and really enjoyed it. Once the Gresham location opened, we decided to visit. It was well organized, clean, and had a ton of activities for all ages. We will definitely visit again. It was nice that we were able to bring in our own food and drinks, as many similar places do not allow outside food and insist on buying their items. That said, they did have a nice little concession stand with a variety of food, drinks, and snacks.

We have been here about 5 times now. First time was roughly after they opened and it was great. Now It has already severely gone downhill. The Dodgeball and basketball courts get very flat. 2 weeks ago we were told by one staff member that there was a hole on the dodgeball area and when we went back today it was still an issue. Feels like this could be a very big safety concern. It also appears they NEVER clean. We have been there on the weekends, weekdays, when they have multiple staff members and have never seen someone clean, EVER. Today we went right when they opened and there was nerds candy scattered all over one area, the toddler area was disgusting with flattened Pickles on the ground and whatever else food. We even saw a used bandaid. For having just opened I don't understand how it wouldn't have been cleaned the night before as a closing duty (literally any business place does this). At the bare minimum people walking around to just "keep an eye on things" could also be wiping things down or sweeping. As a place who could have so many kids a day, the cleanliness is definitely unhygienic at this point.

If you have high energy kids this is the place for you to let them lose and burn it off. There's lots of things to play in, on and around for all ages. The best part I think is the open floor plan which helps parents keep an eye on there little ones. The price may seem high but once you get everyone loaded up in the car and head home you will realize as you look in the rear view mirror it was worth every penny.

Glad a place like this opened this far out from Portland the kids out here needed it as well as parents. Such a fun place to lose energy and be active. The toddler little kids section is nice and big and has a sitting area for parents, nice big opened dinner area. Like how must sections are spaced out and not right next to each other giving people freedom to move around. Our favorite area is the jumping platforms, swinging bar, and slide which is an awesome addition. Staff is friendly S/o manager Gerald great guy

Customer service is lacking. My kid ans nephew had grippy socks but was forced to buy theirs. There are many safety concerns with very minimal padding around areas, especially in the toodler area. Staff told me to move from the massage chairs, even though I was trying to pay. I let them know It looked like the machine is not working, did not care, and walked away. Most areas and play are closed, not working or unavailable. Trampoline area is so small. It's hard to get in when 10 others are there. Overall, it's good to have e something in the area for kids, but the heart for this business is not there and it shows. Areas are not clean, lack of any type of customer service, unwelcoming attitudes from the staff who just want to be on their phones, or talk to other nearby staff members. Equipment is breaking down or not working. Overall, will not be coming back, for $20 plus socks per kid, there may be other fun options that we'll feel welcomed and things taken care of.
