Sky Zone Trampoline Park

It was my first time here at this location with my family! We enjoyed our visit here as we visited at 6:00pm (2 hours before they closed) and we had a lot of fun! The lady at the instantly welcomed us in and it was easy for us to get our waivers done! Some of the attractions were closed but we weren’t so bothered by it and the other attractions kept us busy! Around 7 it got a little busier but we were still able to do whatever we wanted. The environment was also pretty neat with a big seating area for parents who didn’t wanna go into the trampolines and other courses. We’ll be back soon!

This place is fun for kids under the right environment. The staff are nowhere near service desks. Instead, you can find them pacing around the entire place looking for kids to yell at. There’s a tall, young African American kid with think black glasses and a skinny petite white girl—they are the worst. They shout at kids from across the premises. These people need serious training on working with kids and recognizing neurodiversity. Twice now I’ve waited in line to buy socks. I’m the only person in line, standing for 10 minutes plus, staff just walking about. When I pull someone they just put up a finger and say someone will be with you shortly and keep walking. Both times I just went behind the counter, grabbed a pair and walked off. They are in the business of making money. If you like your kids getting yelled at, this would be a fun place for you. And no, the kids I’m talking about aren’t even behaving poorly so don’t start. These are kids just tickling their sibling while waiting in line and they get yelled at, kids who don’t exactly know where to stand to wait their turn and then are reprimanded instead of educated, or they fall off the ninja course and take a second longer to get themselves up because it’s hard for anybody!

5 star review simply for Jordan. He was super engaging with the kids, helped my nephew immediately when he got hurt and came back to check and make sure he was alright. Great employee. Plus he has some sweet white and gold kicks. Thanks Jordan! You rock!

This location hires staff who steal from visitors. A female staff was caught on camera taking my childs belt bag and taking contents from the bag. Apparently this female worker has stolen from visitors in the past and Sky Zone continued to keep them on as an employee . Unacceptable! This location is not safe. Your response below shows that you don't take ownership for employing staff who steal from customers. You have it on canera. After the first offensive they should have been let go.

If you’re thinking of celebrating your kids birthday party here. Think about it twice. I over heard our host ask a guest for a tip while she was checking in for their party. When I originally checked in I was never asked to tip. It was our first time ever booking a party here so I didn’t know what to expect but in the package I purchased extra drinks, pizza etc. plus we never once got refills nor did she come in to our room to ask if we needed anything. Jocelyn was extremely rude to our boys when they told her the Fanta tasted like root beer she told them to just drink it. We never received the party T-shirt nor the water bottles that came with the package till I went up to the manger Isaiah and he was lovely & gave us what we were missing. Basically what I am trying to say is that if you do not give them a gratuity they will not do their job.
