I had my son's birthday party here, we had 2 parties this year and the staff was so nice and the party was great. They let you bring in your own food and drinks which was great. I would bring your own food and drinks as well as order because we got there at 4 and left around 730 and they ate everything we bought and purchased. 11 year olds. It was a great time

Fun but in disrepair and management doesn’t seem to care. We have been coming here regularly for the past two years and it continues to go downhill. On our most recent visit (December 2024), there was a rip in a trampoline, posing a serious safety issue, parts of the ninja course have holes in them and cannot be inflated, and handles have been ripped out of poles where people would pull themselves up. I brought all of this to the attention of two staff members who said it would be fixed “eventually” and when I asked if the manager was aware (I’m certain he is) they said “we don’t know where he is.” On top of that, it looks like they rarely clean this place - which has been an issue for over a year.

Celebrated my niece 7th birthday. Was understaffed, however our hostess was awesome. Long wait for food. Staff was on the phone the entire time. Placed an order to find out that more than 1 item wasn't available. Please inform us or have a sign stating that. Now we have to rethink the order after waiting so long in line . For this I rate 4.

I visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. There were ample parking spaces. It wasn’t crowded at all. The person working at the front desk was kind and greeted me promptly. Much of the equipment here is falling apart. Overdue for TLC. Holes in some nets, obstacle course is pretty torn up, some of the basketballs need to be retired, etc. In addition to equipment needing to be replaced/tended to, the place was pretty dirty. For it to have been such a quiet afternoon there, there wasn’t one staff member attempting to clean the trash off the obstacle course. Granted I imagine everyone working that day was under 18… The place has so much potential.. but for the price you pay, the equipment definitely needs tending to and needs more frequent cleaning. I don’t think I’d come back to this location any time soon unless they addressed these things. I think this might be ok for bigger children who understand how to play safely and can navigate broken equipment with more ease and creativity. Small adventurous children could also have fun here but I would be weary of bringing them on days where there is little to no adult staff working. I say this because there are rules posted that were being blatantly ignored by patrons and the young staff that was there, didn’t seem to care or even notice… which I think is a safety concern for small children. Overall, it was ok. But no, I can’t imagine returning to this location any time soon. I’d like to check out other locations to see how they maintain their equipment and how engaged their staff is. I should’ve taken pictures of the trash and broken equipment to post here but I didn’t even think to. If you’re in the area and your children are bored and just want something to do for 90 minutes (Standard pass) and you have ~$30 per person to spend, go for it (I think it’s ~$40 for an all day pass but I’m not sure). You can see current prices online.

This place is filthy dirty. They deserve -5 ⭐. It even has a bad smell inside. The walls are miserable...
