Moving MORE to stay alive in 25' is one of my goals for the year. When the activity is FUN, and your best friend joins you, it feels effortless. Found out that Sky Zone opens at 9a, so choosing this experience was a no-brainer. Registration was pretty easy after signing the waivers. I read online that non-slip socks were mandatory, so l grabbed a pair from pilates. Absolutely unacceptable! You must purchase Sky Zone socks as there is a matter of liability. Oh well, I tried. Started out stuffing winter gear into a shared locker, took a few pictures and headed to the basketball court. My dunking and lay-up skills were awesome! Of course, it helped A LOT that there was bounce. Lol. Moved to a smaller adjacent court with even more bounce! On to the free-form trampoline for a test of skills and height challenges. So much fun! Although, my legs are a little wobbly, why not continue to push myself and try the Warrior Course. Talk about a beat down, I fell and fell some more. Laughing to the bottom of the foam. I couldn't seem to get out of it. Well, total body work out, complete! Slept like a baby too. Going back next week. Can't wait!

I’ve had the elite monthly memberships for a few months now. Good for when it’s cold outside yet I want to get the kids out of the house. The memberships come with a free buddy pass that’s given during certain weeks throughout the year. My babies have a good time here. Could be a little cleaner but it is what it is. It’s pretty busy on the weekends and holidays, as to be expected. Therefore we prefer going on weekdays. Mahmoud is nice and friendly when we visit. He makes the check in process quick and easy. He even did me a favor and took a picture of me and my family one time we visited. Thanks Mahmoud! ✌🏽

Kudos on the makeover. We had a good time. The membership makes the most sense. It is pricey but not terrible. I highly recommend it. Children 2 & under are free. The staff was great, too.

I don't like writing reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Sky Zone Orland Park. Their handling of billing and customer service is beyond unacceptable. Like many others have reported, I was repeatedly overcharged despite canceling my membership. They continued to bill me unauthorized charges totaling $100 over two months. I made multiple attempts to contact them—calling several times only to be met with a full voicemail box, and sending emails that were completely ignored. There was zero effort to acknowledge or rectify the situation. At this point, this is not just an oversight—it feels like outright theft. The complete lack of response from their management makes it clear that this is either negligence or intentional. Businesses that operate this way should not be allowed to continue taking advantage of customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them. There are plenty of reputable alternatives in the area that actually respect their customers. I am disputing the charges with my bank and keeping an eye on other reports of similar issues. If this pattern continues, legal action, including a potential class-action lawsuit, may be necessary. Consumers deserve better than this.
