Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My kids always have a blast at Sky Zone! There’s so much to do that it never feels crowded and it’s surprisingly clean given how many kids are there at any given time. The day pass is reasonably priced but the monthly membership is a much better value if you plan to visit more than once in a month…it pays for itself after one visit!

Canceling my son’s membership here - the customer service is poor and the cleanliness is highly questionable. My son lost his iPhone phone in a foam pit and we saw the phone locator on showing SkyZone as the location for 3 days, until it died. We followed up multiple times with the location manager and VP of Operations. No one has resolved the issue nor has called us back. One worker told us he didn’t when they would clean the foam pits. That raises a sanitation issue. We then popped up at the location multiple times, but with no success. It appears there is no one held accountable if kids or adults lose valuables. How does a phone which was obviously at the location for several day go missing? Please double check your kids‘ pockets and possessions before entering and consider another location.

Just celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday at Skyzone. The assistant manager Jack checked us in collecting presents, coats and shoes. Then introduced us to our party hosts Jaela and Marcos, who were super friendly and helpful. The children all enjoyed themselves and got out a lot of energy before enjoying some pizza and cake in the upstairs party room! It was a fun way to celebrate 8!

It's a big enough space that the kids are not necessarily right on top of each other. The gentleman Keith at the front desk was SUPERRRR SUPERRR SUPERRRR helpful. I won't get into much detail but in a nutshell I was pretty annoyed with another Skyzone location and was misinformed about the membership and he was very understanding. He honestly is the reason I calmed down and am leaving this review. He gave excellent customer service and I will make sure his manager /the owner knows all about it. I will go back to this location for Keith and his Hospitality.

Skyzone Hamilton is great. Friday nights awesome and Jack the Assistant Manager is top notch. Knows about customer service and helping customer with a positive attitude. #AskforJack
