Sky Zone Trampoline Park Introduce

Welcome to Sky Zone Trampoline Park, located at 14181 S Tamiami Trl #140, Fort Myers, FL 33912, USA. As a venue listed in the Theme Park Directory, Sky Zone offers trampoline-based activities and hosts birthday parties. It appears that the facility has undergone some upgrades.

Environment: One review indicates that the facility has upgraded some of its areas, suggesting a potentially improved environment for visitors. However, another review paints a picture of a negative experience, though this seems to be primarily related to staff interactions rather than the physical space itself.

Services: Sky Zone offers birthday party hosting, with one reviewer noting that the staff was fun and entertained the kids, keeping the group moving in an organized manner. However, the sound system for announcements was reported to be inconsistent. There is a policy regarding socks, where customers with non-Sky Zone grippy socks may be required to purchase Sky Zone branded socks. One customer reported aggressive enforcement of this policy and an inability to pay with cash for the socks.

Features: The primary feature is the trampoline park itself, with upgraded areas suggesting a variety of jumping zones and activities. It is a place where kids can have a blast, particularly during birthday parties. However, the experience can be significantly impacted by the enforcement of rules, such as the sock policy.

Promotional Information: One positive review mentions that the facility is "much better than before" due to upgrades, which could be seen as a form of promotion for returning customers. However, another customer had an extremely negative experience involving alleged harassment over sock purchases and issues with payment methods. Potential customers might want to inquire about the sock policy and payment methods in advance. Checking for any advertised specials or birthday party packages directly with Sky Zone is recommended.

Based on customer reviews, Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Fort Myers, FL, offers a fun experience with upgraded facilities, especially for birthday parties where the staff is noted to be entertaining. However, there are significant concerns raised by one customer regarding aggressive enforcement of a mandatory sock purchase policy, issues with payment, and overall poor customer service, including allegations of inappropriate behavior by staff. It is advisable for potential visitors to be aware of these mixed reviews and to clarify policies before their visit.

This place was absolutely horrendous. We spent over 200 dollars just to spend 30 minutes there. We brought our own socks but the workers kept asking us to buy “sky zone socks “ we said no because we would spend an extra 50 dollars for socks with only 15 minutes left. They kept asking my kids to stop jumping until we brought socks. I asked to speak to the manager and she said we HAD to buy socks or we couldn’t jump. I asked for a refund but they said we spend half our time already so we couldn’t get one. We got harassed to buy socks. There was a worker who kept creepily following us telling us to buy socks or we couldn’t jump. Then he proceeded to cuss at my kids. I had the kids go buy socks and they said they didn’t take cash. Which is crazy considering they were harassing us to buy socks. At the end the same guy told us he would lock the door even though there was a lot of people still there, he made it his business to harass us about leaving. Overall, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t waste your money or time on this place. There was only ONE worker that had common sense there. She was very nice to us, but beside her, everyone else were being pretty racist and brainless bums.

Great place! They have upgraded some of the areas. The kids had a blast at the birthday party. The speaker wasn't that great to hear sometimes. When it did work, it was organized where they kept the group of kids moving. The staff was fun and entertained the kids. Highly recommend it's much better than before. Great job on the upgrades.

The place was fun, affordable and relatively clean. Three stars because I noticed one particular staff member being super mean to one of my kids, under the assumption that he was not being supervised by his parents. Changed his/her tune (honestly couldn't tell, not that it matters) as soon as they saw me telling my son to come to me. I stayed with my kids the rest of our play session and we had a blast but still, I feel sorry for any parent that wasn't on top of their kids because it happened almost immediately after starting to play. Great place but staff was hit or miss.

I recently visited Sky Zone with my family, and unfortunately, our experience left us feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. We had planned a fun outing for our son, who has autism, but when we were jumping with him, we were informed by the management staff that are not allowed to jump on the trampoline with him. When we tried to discuss the situation with the staff, we were met with a lack of empathy and understanding, which made us feel like our family’s needs weren’t being considered. It was disheartening to feel like we were being treated differently because of our son's disability, and it honestly felt like a form of discrimination. As a family that values inclusivity and accessibility, this experience was not only upsetting but also left us feeling unwelcome. It's crucial for businesses, especially those catering to families and children, to be more understanding and accommodating to individuals with special needs. Sky Zone missed an important opportunity to make us feel valued and included, and for that, we are deeply disappointed. We hope they will take steps to ensure all families are treated with respect and given the same opportunities to enjoy the experience, regardless of any disabilities.

My kids never disappointed when came to this place. They enjoy every minute of jump and running around. We came recently for a birthday and we have a very good time. The only down for me is that I feel that is too noisy, but the kids doesn’t bother.
