Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Took my daughter and her friends here for her bday...the waiver was easy to fill out, and the facility was clean and well maintained. We visited around 4 hours and they did not get bored. I'm sure they all slept well that night.

First, they let me book a party the night before which was very nice. Then, I showed up in a full panic attack, thinking I had the wrong time. The staff were very nice to me and helped me understand I showed up at the right time, we're reassuring, and gave me space to calm down. Then, one of the kids in my group had rolled their ankle. Before she even got to the bench to sit down, a staff was there asking if she was okay. They had been radioed by another staff telling them she could be hurt. They have protocols for first aid and were very caring. Thankfully she was fine. The pizza was good. Wish there was bigger pitchers for drinks. Also they had massage chairs and they were only $2 for 6 min! The place was very busy but the staff were doing a great job keeping an eye on everything. Overall very positive experience.

Had a birthday party this past weekend I would not recommend we had a horrible experience nothing was done how it was supposed of been spent almost 400 dollars on the party alone. I would not recommend going there for a birthday party. Party wasn't set up never saw a party host paid for laser tag had to wait to find someone to let us go in to play hour after we paid for it and a time set. Party area was dirty had to get my own pizza and drinks!!!

Overall great time, Staff are great and make all of their guest feel like family. When they are enforcing the rules they make it easy for both parents and kids to understand why it is important to not do certain things so everyone can have a safe jump. I would recommend any parent to bring their kids In to burn of some energy and give the parents a little break.

Went to birthday party. They didn't have our room decorated,or the pizzas weren't ready. The pop was flat. It was so nasty. Your feet stuck to the floor it was so sticky and dirty. I wouldn't recommend it for anything. That's the last time for our family. The cost of the party was unreal. It differently was not worth what we paid. Alot of the guest left early because they didn't have the party ready. It was a big disappointment!
