Sky Zone Trampoline Park

This place has a plethora of different areas that are actually separated ! Depending on the age of your child, they can fully enjoy what they are interested in. This is not just a trampoline park, they have a variety of different activities! There are a few games along with food and snack. There were at least 3 birthdays while we were here and there was still plenty of space to enjoy. Bathrooms were very clean which is a huge breathe of fresh air especially for a kids place. The staff is vigilant and friendly, they are constantly monitoring and keeping everyone safe. I want to shoutout the manager Shade that was very helpful in allowing me to understand the differences between the timed tickets. I recommend getting a membership here because your kids will be begging to come back! 13/10 !!

Wonderful staff my son had a birthday party. One of the kids got sick and threw up. Staff extremely helpful. They gave him a change of clothes. They quickly mopped it up disinfected the whole area took the charms very seriously. The shift supervisor, Sade, should be highly commemded.

I went there with my cousins, who had been there before, but it was my first time visiting with my son, who is under two years old. I wanted to see if he would enjoy the trampoline before officially registering him, so I let him try it for just five minutes. If he liked it, I planned to complete the waiver. Out of nowhere, one of the staff members came over and started yelling at me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. When I calmly asked her not to raise her voice, she became even more aggressive, shouting even louder and demanding that we leave. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable! To make matters worse, my cousins had just paid $60 for their kids, and when we were forced to leave, she flat-out refused to give them a refund. The staff here are beyond terrible—they have zero understanding of customer service and treat people with complete disrespect. The experience was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money ruining your day at this horrible establishment!

My kids love this place ! My older one loves playing at the basketball section and the younger one is just all over the place ! Javier helped me with getting checked in and he was very kind and explained all the options that they provide !

Don’t expect them to answer the phone when you call, and when they do, they will hang up on you. They refuse to listen to your issue and demanded a code to access my account as me. When I asked to speak to a manager because I didn’t feel comfortable giving her a code to access an account as me, she claimed she was the manager, but refused to give her name. I asked for the general manager and she’s “off today.” She refused to listen to why I wouldn’t give her the code to access my account as me. They don’t have a number to corporate, supposedly.
