Sky Zone Trampoline Park

This place is amazing. My girls had ab absolute blast and they are 5 and 9. They got to try things they'd never have dreamed of. My only complaint is the relax and recharge chairs HURT. I did 15 minutes and my back hates me now. Ahaha. They need modes on those things. But otherwise it was a great experience. Everyone should go at least once.

I celebrated a friend's son’s birthday party, and my son had such a great time. 🤩 At first, my son was sad that there wasn’t a ball pit as he saw in a photo on a Sky Zone flyer, but after walking around the space, he had such a great time. He wanted to keep jumping. 😆 I love how they shout out the birthday celebrators over the microphone, and everyone cheers, Lol. The employees also provided excellent service and were very attentive. If you throw a birthday party, depending on the package, one of the party favors included is to return for free, so we’re excited to go back. 🤩

"As a Jump park enthusiast, I can confidently say Sky Zone in Lakeland is one of the best! It's especially great for smaller children, as they aren't confined to one small area. They can explore and play freely, which is a huge plus for parents. The environment allows for lots of fun at your own risk, but it feels safe and enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and active experience!"

The kids had so much fun. Great place to go to avoid the scorching heat. The place was very clean. Everybody was super friendly.

They always close down way too early with staff standing around doing nothing, you file complaints on the website and no one ever follows up. They close down the attractions very early and on top of that there is always attractions that are under construction so everyone is forced to jump on over crowded areas. Staff doesn't respond to injuries unless it is "urgent" in their eyes and doesn't have proper training. It is a shame that the concern of the staff is getting out of work opposed to providing customer service. If you have a party there the concern isn't providing a great experience it is herding you in and out. I have been a member for over a year so this isn't a first time for me. The only reason why we had kept a membership is cause my kids wanted to go, but we are so done. Even the GM didn't respond to my concerns.
