Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Sky zone is so fun! They have so many different areas to play in. My kids loved the 5 and up area with the slide and swings! It's great exercise for the kids. They have an arcade area and lots of snacks kids love!!

We had lots of fun. I was just a little annoyed they sold us a refillable souvenir cup, and did not explain to us that you still have to pay for the refills. I was under the impression that you buy the cup and the refills were free. They should clearly display their policies. It’s very deceiving, especially when they don’t explain it to you at time of purchase.

Some staff in area very kindly and helpful. Also White girl working at counter (like a cashier or Manager) i think shes really tired this job. I would like to leave comment to this girl, If you not happy at all, find good place be you happy.

It's a fun place. Seems relatively clean for how long it's been here. A little pricey for the whole family. And with that said, it's seems severely understaffed. When we arrived shortly after opening, we waited in online check in. The families after us went into general admission and three families got helped before us. Only 1 person was checking people in. Then some of the attractions you have to wait to use because you have to search down an attendant. And lastly had to wait at concessions for food and drink while they checked people in. So they are pretty spread thin and for how much they charge that's the only disappointing thing about it.

We would like to thank Brea for helping us with my son’s party last Saturday. She really went over and above for him and set his whole party up and served us pizza and cake. She was so kind. I didn’t have to stress about setting up and doing anything because she really did everything. I was so nice to be able to really enjoy the party and not worry about everything else. She’s the sweetest! So thanks again Brea!!!! You’re the best :)
