Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Super fun! The staff are very attentive and friendly. My grandson is 3 and with our large group we lost track of him. He had made his way up the tall slide tower but he had not reached the summit before the staff noticed and beat him to the top with heroic intention and speed. Thanks for saving the day!

We recently booked my son’s birthday party here and had the best experience a mother could ask for. The manager who was present on Friday, 9/20 (didn't catch her name), but she helped me get settled and even made sure my special requests were met. Management was so pleasant, and our party host (Alexis Spencer) went above and beyond. Our host helped us take pictures, passed out the food, personally made our additional orders, and helped us whenever needed. Thank you, Alexis, for being such a sweetheart and making our party an excellent experience. The activities were so fun. My family booked for ten kids, and although some kids didn't show up, management informed us we could replace those jumpers with adults, which was a blessing. And let's just say we had a blast. Thanks, Sky Zone Peroia. We really appreciate you guys!

Half of the actual jumping area is closed for repairs. The staff did not inform us before paid that half of the park is unavailable. There is literally 1 square area for my toddler to jump. The only other space open is the dodgeball area where most of the adults are and where the entire park population needs to fit into. I brought it up to one of the managers and they offered no solution. They should not be charging full price for such limited space. Stay away until it is fixed, not worth the money right now.

We have held 2 birthday parties at skyzone. The 1st one 2 years ago. Than our 2nd one today. Never again. They are under new management and the are doing things very differently but we were not told until the the day before. We scheduled epic package which is 2 hours. However they won't let you into the party area until the last hour. So alll the parents and family have no where to gather. There were no seats for anyone. Which let's me honest , is the main reason to pay for the party, to have a place for your party to gather. Than they told us know we have 4 guest over what was scheduled. The day before they confirmed we had paided for 20 jumpers. Today they said we only have 10. When I explained that I spoke to someone the day before whom gave me a different number, the party host explain that "they were recently bought and corporate has been giving the wrong information to parties and they have consistently been having problems". We won't be holding parties here again

Fun place for kids to jump and enjoy. Varied selection of food with a vegetarian pizza option as well.
