Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I recently visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park and had an amazing time! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and offered a variety of fun activities for all ages. A special shout-out to Presley, she was absolutely amazing when playing games with the kids. As well as Angel, he was extremely patient and kind when serving the kiddos. They are exceptional employees. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was having a great time. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Sky Zone Trampoline Park and look forward to visiting again!

I really don’t understand what their employees get paid for, especially the two in the photo. The kids were STRUGGLING with the zip line while these two sat and chatted for 30+ minutes. This place is also falling apart - inflatables aren’t fully inflated, dodgeballs are flat, the lines on the hanging obstacles are loose - it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. The employees are rarely doing their job, are blatantly rude and for it being SO expensive, I’d expect a higher level of service and quality in general. Skip this place and go to Carlsbad if you really need to go to a trampoline park.

Skyzone is a great place to burn off some energy. I purchased a membership for my 6 year old. He was able to enjoy the majority of the zones. This place is smaller compared to the one in Carlsbad but still fun. The membership pays for itself if you plan to make multiple visits-the parent add-on is an extra $10-which is great rather than needing to buy an individual membership for yourself. So far, the staff have been nice and the establishment is clean.

Been there a couple of times and had a great time. One person stuck out, she always takes the time to help and answer all my questions. Liliana is wonderful and always has a smile. She always makes it a positive adventure and my children are always asking to go back. Thank you very much Liliana!!!

On two separate occasions, the team members at Sky Zone have truly gone above and beyond, providing an exceptional experience for my family. As a parent of a 6-year-old child with ASD, navigating busy places like Sky Zone can often be challenging. However, the patience, understanding, and professionalism of the staff have made all the difference. During our first visit, my son wanted to slide on the single orange slide. Due to safety regulations, children typically aren’t allowed to slide alone unless they meet certain criteria. After explaining our situation to a team member, she graciously allowed me to accompany him. This small but meaningful act avoided what could have been a very upsetting moment for my son, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful. On another occasion, while we were enjoying the trampoline area, a group of kids started screaming loudly for no apparent reason, creating a stressful environment. A concerned child brought this to the attention of a team member, and the situation was immediately addressed. The quick and effective response ensured that everyone could continue enjoying their time in peace. The kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism of the Sky Zone team members deserve a standing ovation. They’ve truly earned a 5-star rating from me for their outstanding efforts. Thank you for creating an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all families!
