I booked a session for two as a Christmas gift and we had the best time!! Kimberly was extremely professional and helpful with any questions about rules, safety gear, tools, and she even took photos for us! Her energy and excitement was a great addition to the therapeutic effects Smash Therapy successfully provides. I cannot wait to come back again!

The girl who explained everything to us was great. The place is small but I liked that, and this is seriously a work out! Be sure to wear thick pants and thick sleeves if you smash any glass! You can have music as loud as you want and they provide a Bluetooth speaker:)

Jennifer and Kimberly were very personable and professional.. they were able to get my daughter and I in as a walk-in within a few minutes😁 We will return!! We loved it!

So this was worth every penny. I smashed things for 15 minutes out of the 20 I paid for and while my body feels like it got hit by a truck, my mood is so dramatically improved it's insane. When they say "smash therapy" they go hard on the therapy part. The employees were all so kind, patient, explained everything well, didn't interrupt, they helped me set up my music, made sure I had enough water. Even got me more glass to break. I brought my own printer too, but they have PLENTY for anyone else who's had to fight for their life over a sheet of paper and a deadline. I mean, if I could give them more than five stars I really, truly would. If you've never shut yourself in a room wearing protective gear and just destroyed everything in it, you need to change that today. What a cathartic experience. 10/10

My husband got me a 30 minute session for mother's day. It was so much fun! Only negative was the heat. It was super hot in the room and with exhausting so much energy and rage, I ended up feeling tired pretty quickly, but they do provide water lol. Can't wait to go again!
