Price online or Groupon is cheaper than price at the gate so pre-purchase. If doing activities make sure your ticket includes that. End of October the water is cold but once you fall off the obstacle course a few times you get used to it. The are less food trucks open during the off-season, but still food and drinks to be found. Pizza, burgers, tenders, fries. Bring 1 free water bottle per person or pay $5 each. Obstacle course is only open select times for a limited number of people. Two 30 minute sessions, then a 30 minute break. Overall it was fun and worth it but haven't tried during peak season.

I had an overall fun experience and really appreciated the reviews from past guests—they helped me know what to expect! I definitely agree about the scheduling of the events; it would be awesome if they were available all the time. I loved that there wasn't much wait for the attractions, except for the inflatable, which was the only one I really wanted to try. I guess I'll have to be quicker than the kids to get my turn! The paddle boarding and kayaking were fantastic! Just a heads up, though—the food options were on the pricey side and mainly came from the food trucks. Also, if there’s lightning nearby, they’ll stop serving just for safety, so keep that in mind. The drinks were a bit weak for the cost, too. I’m really glad we decided to get a cabana because of the weather that day—the seating was super comfortable! There was a fan in the cabana, but I did worry it might fall, so just be careful. We visited on a Saturday, and it wasn’t overly crowded, which was nice. I do recommend arriving early since Florida’s weather can be unpredictable—it can be sunny one moment and raining the next!

Can be a good alternative to the beach. The atmosphere is nice. Visited twice with children who really like the lagoon. Obviously pricing is substantially higher than if going to the beach. Many restrictions. If you enjoy sitting or being in the water this the Lagoon is fine, if you like walking on the beach and experiencing the ocean, not so much.

Very disappointing to learn from the manager yesterday that the water activities schedule was for the life guards and not the customers. The life guards were siting around and telling me that my granddaughter could not utilize the paddle board because they were closed at 6:30pm. However, I paid for the entire day splash pass. Life guards need customer service training as they barely smiled and didn’t appear as they wanted to be there. There were also paint chips in the water that were peeling off the pool steps which can be hazardous for children. They only had one food truck with unhealthy food which was disappointing. For the amount of money they charged I expected better service. I will say that the gentlemen at the entrance, bar and food truck were super friendly as well as the young lady by the popcorn stand. Kudos to them and thank you for your hospitality!! The manager did call the life guards to reopen the paddle boards but was protective of the staff instead of being professional and friendly towards his customers. I will not be returning to this facility where customers are not treated properly after paying $84.00 at the entrance and $10.00+ tax for two orders of fries.

Super fun place to take the kids. Great for the adults to enjoy a few drinks while the kids play too! Only draw back was they made everyone stay out of the water after only 20 minutes of us being there because there was lightning within 15 miles. It extended for a few hours so we ended up leaving without getting to fully enjoy the park.
