Spirited Escapes

The haunted mansion was broken and we spent over 20 minutes wasting our time when the solution didn't cause anything to happen like it was supposed to. The workers gave us hints for things we had already figured out but since the room was broken nothing would happen. We had to leave the room while they tried to fix it. After it was fixed the experience was ruined but also they didn't give us the time in the room that we had wasted standing around after solving it while it was malfunctioning. Complete waste of time and money and ruined my whole experience and day.

Me and my coworkers came earlier tonight and had an absolutely amazing time. We did three escape rooms back to back to back and our moderator was absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to do an escape room!

Don’t waste your money on the Gold Rush. Matter of fact, don’t even go there in the first place. I wish I asked for a refund because it was $60 for my boyfriend and I for a room that malfunctioned and wasn’t even prepared right. We asked for a hint and it took 15 minutes for a guy to come in and not even tell us a hint. He even left the paper with all the clues for the other rooms behind on accident so now I know I to escape the other rooms. We wasted all of our time in part of a room that was suppose to be locked. When we asked for another hint; the guy spent 5 minutes trying to turn the wrong key in the wrong lock. That key was suppose to be used for a lock that was already unlocked when I came in: don’t use this place, the room is flimsy, the staff doesn’t help you, and they let you use an unprepared room.

Good room, the game master didnt know the room at all! We got no help and when we asked at the end the game master shrugged their shoulders and walked out. It has great potiential, but employees should know something, anything about the room!!

We had a great time in the Haunted Mansion room! Clever puzzles to solve, great sound and visual effects, hints if you need them, friendly and efficient efficient staff.
