Customer reviews highlight both positive aspects, such as the "Pooch Plunge" event, and negative experiences related to pricing and staff inconsistencies.

One customer praised the "Pooch Plunge" event, where dogs were allowed to enjoy the water before the season ended. This event was described as a "blast," indicating a unique and enjoyable experience for pet owners.

However, another customer reported a frustrating experience regarding the park's pricing policy. They noted a discrepancy between the website's stated age range for toddlers (2 and under) and the information provided by the staff (1 and under). This inconsistency led to an unexpected charge for their child, causing frustration and highlighting a need for better communication and accurate information from the staff.

The customer also expressed dissatisfaction with the staff's handling of the situation, noting a lack of apology and a dismissive attitude. This suggests a potential issue with customer service and the need for improved staff training.

Despite the pricing and customer service issues, customers have generally found the pool to be "good for children," with a "great" play area. The park appears to offer enjoyable activities for kids, making it a potentially appealing destination for families.

We went to the POOCH PLUNGE and had such a blast. The doodles loved the water. Thanks for allowing the dogs to play the last couple hours before closing for the season.

I do think the pool was good for children. My kids loved it and the play area was great for them. My only issue was the pricing. I looked before I got there and it said toddlers are considered 2 and under which is free. Children pricing is ages 2-15. I told the older lady at the window my child was not 2 yet and she said it didn’t matter , he still has to pay. I told her what her website said so she asked the guy next to her and he said no toddlers are 1 and under. Once again I explained what the website said and wanted to show them but they didn’t care to look. The least she could have done was apologize about the incorrect website. You need to either fix it or inform your employees the correct age information. The lady was not nice nor did she handle this the way it should have been. She said “it’s only 2$”. That is a lot of money for some, thankfully I had it but I had checked pricing before and only brought what I thought I needed.

We decided to go pretend we were kids and have a fun couple of hours playing in the water. The lazy river was fun and relaxing, but I wish it was longer. I bet this place was built when Wentzville was half its current size and less people came here. The water slide is fun! If we had kids, the kiddie pool play area would have been great for them. There is a platform high dive and a springboard low diving board that many people were enjoying. There are lots of lounge chairs all over if you want to sunbathe, and there's even a concession stand. If you get hungry. The lifeguards do a great job of watching everything going on and keeping people safe.
