Nice place. Not too packed. Not too many multiplayer games though. Staff are excellent. Could spend like half hour to 45 minutes here. Don't forget to cash in your tickets and get some nice prizes. The prizes are actually pretty decent.

We came on Sunday and there was no one at the front desk. Then a guy came to us after a while and said the rides are closed, apparently they close the rides 30min before the closing time, which was not mentioned on the website. It was only 7.15pm either the guys watch was not working or they were lame :-p

We only had an hour to play, so I was looking for the most bang for my buck. The salesperson Elvis went above and beyond in helping us enjoy games but also utilize the play structure for my kiddo. Thanks Elvis! Nice trip down memory lane to OG sportime

I had my son's 5th birthday party here and to say the kids had a blast is an understatement. We did the soft play party which was a perfect mix of everything. If you get Karen as your party host, you won the jackpot!

Unsafe and Negligent Staff at Sporttime USA We had a terrible experience at Sporttime USA. My child attended a birthday party there, and at no point were parents given a consent form to sign. Without warning or permission, my child was placed on the Superfly ride, which spins riders up and down at high speed in a circular motion. The worst part? She was never asked if she wanted to go on the ride. When she realized it was too much and asked to get off, she was told no. She endured the entire ride while panicking, struggling to breathe due to the overly tight restraints, and frantically waving for help—yet no one paid attention. When the ride was finally over, she was visibly shaken for hours afterward, experiencing extreme distress and mental anguish. After looking up reviews, I found that many other parents have had similar complaints about this place. This is completely unacceptable. No child should be forced onto a ride they don’t want to go on, ignored when they ask to get off, or left in distress while staff does nothing. Safety and basic human decency should not be optional! I strongly advise parents to think twice before bringing their kids here. If this facility does not start taking safety and supervision seriously, it’s only a matter of time before something even worse happens.
