We did the Steelhawk at night during Haunt and thought it was incredible. A little scary but we could see the lit-up buildings of downtown KC from miles away, and had a birds-eye view of the whole park, which looked really cool with the fog throughout. The ride is smooth and not too fast or too slow. It is a super short ride, and we were glad we had the fast pass, the lines were very long on a Friday night.

We got stuck up at the very top for probably 15ish minutes!!!!!! It was TERRIFYING. Do not recommend this sketchy ride, especially if you are taking kids with you!!!!

I would give this ride a 10 star because it is surprisingly not as scary as a rollercoaster other than if people have a phobia of heights. Me and my cousin once went on this and it was really hot but the seats were confusingly not hot. But there are a lot of wasps and bees in the area. In my experience there was a wasp that kept going IN the seat and in the seat by the guy in front of us. I just wish they could spray something or do something about it. Another problem is that it gets stuck a lot and almost every time I go to worlds of fun it’s closed for a little breeze. Overall don’t ride this if you have a fear of heights or just are afraid of it getting stuck but it’s a good ride if it’s ACTUALLY open.
