To the entire staff, from the everyday phone greeter, Jackie the party coordinator, Glenn the owner, Dylan and his crew from today Feb 16th 2025, THANK YOU. We booked in Dec. 2024 and each time we had any questions we were professionally helped. The day of our party every single employee was professional, kind and helpful in various ways. It was a pleasure to see what seem to be young hard working adults not in the clouds and attentive. At no point were their cell phones out either. Many employees always pull it out at any given opportunity. It seems that the culture at Altitude is a tight one as everyone was pleasent from Dec. 2024 to today. Thank you all for a seemless reservation! We appreciate you! To add the place was clean including the restrooms which is my pet peeve. If those are grody at any venue I will not go back.

My wife and I hosted a private event & Ms.Jackie was our party host ! She was VERY NICE & VERY HELPFUL ! She accommodated us from the time we walked through the door. I definitely recommend this place is amazing ! The kids loved every moment of it !! Thank you again Ms.Jackie

This place was amazingggggg! Thanks to Ms. Jackie who held the place down & made sure EVERY single child was safe and accounted for! This was a great experience and if you want to rent this place for a party all ages DO IT!

I love this place. It's clean and open and you can sit at one spot and see your kids throughout the park. It's not darkly lit like some trampoline parks and they tend to be quick about repairs. The owner is pretty present and if there's a problem he's quick to address it. $10 for a membership and my kids go almost every day. For that value, it's hard to beat.
