I am giving one star for free parking. I paid $224 for four triple play tickets including ice skating, lights, and unlimited carnival. 1) they over sold the event and there were no parking spots left so I was directed to park along side of the lot on a corner. 2) this was nothing like last year. Only thing for lights was same or similar to years before with no activities like previous years 3) I didn’t get to go ice skating I ran out of time as they closed skating and carnival early for fireworks but early closing time was not posted, 4) carnival was only six rides, 1 was not working, 1 had only 1 car working, 1 was being fixed, the merry go round was not able to support adult riders…. 5) bathroom was a mess. I’m adding pics it’s hard to see what’s show but it shows broken and not working rides. 6) Staff was nice but nothing was efficient or well planned. 7) line was taking long for no good reason Last two years were much better than this year. Perhaps go on a day besides New Year’s Eve for best experience

REVIEW FOR Holiday Lights New Year's Eve Ball at Constellation Field I had so much trouble finding any reviews for this event and I hope this helps someone trying to decide whether to spend the money or not. In summary, we still managed to enjoy ourselves but I would not pay that much again. The buffet was not a buffet. We were limited to one piece of chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, and a piece of store bought pecan pie. That was it and when one of us asked for a second piece to go with a small wing, we were advised this was not allowed. We would need to come back for seconds once everyone has been through the line? How would we know when that was? There was no announcement to say so that we heard. The food tasted fine. The pie was meh, store bought. There was no NYE decoration really, maybe a handful of tables had a small centerpiece. The props for the one photo booth opportunity were minimal. The DJ was very quiet. The only time he said a word was to announce 15 minutes until Fireworks? He did have a code on his stand for taking requests though, if you noticed it. Parking!!! Parking was free but my goodness getting out of the place at the end of the night took forever! It was a bottleneck nightmare. Again, we still danced and enjoyed the beer/wine (canned?) open bar. I liked that it wasn't super crowded with over the top party crowd. I just would not say it was very well organized or worth the money. Hope this helps.

Lights were mid, but the carnival was super fun despite the small scale!
