-the lazy river and waterslides were closed the entire time we were here!!!! And they only tell you on signs after walking all the way to the waterpark. This was the only reason why we came here! -they did not want to drive us in the golf cart to the waterpark just stopped at the grove from the terraces and had to walk through a parking garage -they also don't say to bring the towels from your room as they don't have any at the park -its $35/person to use the wave surfer and it wasn't on all day even when the lazy river and slides were closed it wasn't free

The kids had a great time at the water park. It was a fun and enjoyable experience for my toddler as well as the older kids. We also found a great restaurant nearby where we could relax and have drinks. The hotel we stayed at was absolutely beautiful, like a mini house with three bedrooms, TVs in every room, and a spacious and well-organized kitchen. It was the perfect accommodation for our family. We had a fantastic time at the water park, despite it being a bit far from Kissimmee. On our way there, we were surprised to pass by Disneyland, which was also further away than we expected. However, the drive was completely worth it. The sight of the beautiful palm trees as we approached the resort was simply glamorous and breathtaking. I had a wonderful experience during check-in at the resort. The process was a breeze, and I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff member who assisted me. Although I didn't catch his name, his exceptional service left a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to help me select a room close to the water resort, which turned out to be the perfect location. Being just a short walk away from the resort made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for its excellent customer service and convenient location.

I am staying at The Grove and this waterpark is great but a key things I noticed. First the kids splash pad isn’t heated the like the rest of the pools. I suppose if you’re visiting in summer this is ok but for those visiting in “winter”, spring, or fall this is good to know.

I called a few days before our stay to confirm details and specifically asked about any additional fees, and none were communicated. Upon checkin, they asked me for $300 or fees and parking. Which is fine, but when I asked them for a break down, so I could request a reimbursement from my credit card company, since I booked with points, they couldn’t give me that and seemed annoyed that I would even ask. The hotel is nice, and mostly clean. The two bedrooms, full kitchen and washer and dryer are nice to have. It is hard to navigate the entirety of the hotel though. Out second night here, there were guests running up and down our hallway screaming and laughing. Scaring my children. I called the front desk, and they offered to call security. What I can only assume to be the same group, moved to the courtyard where their behaviors only echoed louder. This continued until around 2:00AM. There was also the smell of weed coming from balconies around ours. Our last night here, we realized we were never given wristbands for the water parks or pools, or a parking pass, so we were stopped every time upon entry to the property. We had used all of our towels, and were told we would get housekeeping on our third day, but we did not. So my husband went down the the front desk to get new towels(after calling the front desk several times and failing to reach anyone) and the front desk attendant said we should have washed and dried the towels we had and made it difficult to get new ones. We then realized there must have been additional paperwork we never received since she seemed like this was common knowledge. But when I reviewed the one paper we did get, it in fact says to leave the towels on the floor and we would get new ones. This obviously never happened. Frustrated and concerned about what checkout might bring tomorrow, I went down to talk to the manager only to find out he was on break. The front desk attendant said he wasn’t even sure what the paperwork given at check in says. So I find that to be problematic. I was told a manager would call me back in 30 minutes, that was a couple of hours ago. We will not be back to this hotel and I will be asking my credit card company to take it off of their list of preferred hotels.

Great place if you want to stay in the room or swim for the entire stay. Not many other activities- and everything is quite expensive. The splash area of the waterpark has extremely high water pressure shooting at kids eye level from every angle, the mini-golf and arcade is very expensive, they charge $20 to rent a fishing pole for 2 hours and $30 to rent a kayak for 30 minutes. There is only one small seating area outside besides in the pools- no benches, nice seating areas with bean bags or fire places. No grills, playgrounds, tennis courts or basketball hoops. Essentially nothing to do after 5 or 7 depending on the day. They do not have games to rent or even play in a family area. Kids activities are minimal and the ones they have are expensive. If I were the manager I’d make things more cost effective for all, generate more income to use towards a better guest experience.
