Very well maintained with super helpful and friendly staff! Each time my kids went on an attraction (zip line, climbing wall, etc) they made sure to explain the safety procedures and encouraged them the whole way! The facilities were clean and, unlike some other trampoline parks we’ve been to, this one smelled very pleasant! Huge shoutout to the management for being so kind and generous!

it’s was ok. Had my sons 12th birthday party there. Honestly like the other parks in area better. They have a few arcade games which are so so. No kids were playing them. Our assistant well he said he didn’t feel good so he wasn’t offering much. Just wasn’t impressed with a $400 birthday for 10 people. so next time JUMP ZONE FOR US.

The place is okay, my daughter even wanted her next birthday to be here, after a short chat with the employees and the manager, who was not too professional, and tried to be a “Smart “ about the situation, we are definitely not doing any business with this place. All this rules and requirements and even if you are an adult, not related to any of the activities, you won’t be allowed to get in and supervise their own kid, without a waiver for yourself. Definitely not our place.

JD at the trampoline park is energetic, friendly, and great with my kids. He maintains a fun yet safe atmosphere, always keeping a close eye on safety protocols while ensuring everyone has a blast. His enthusiasm makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, JD's positive attitude and professionalism make him a standout employee of the park.

My daughter has fun here so three stars for that, but I really hate that they require my address and phone number on a waiver as a spectating parent. I don’t want to be sold or advertised to when I’m literally just here for a birthday party. The old waiver system didn’t require my address and number; the new waiver system requiring this is 100% a marketing scheme. As expensive as this place is, you really need to gather personal info for advertising?
