Extremely fun and sanitary! Pro: - as good as sky zone, better than "epic" - large and open plan - not as busy as the others - more older kid friendly - Friendly staff - great for birthday parties - easy to watch your kid from a distance - easy 2 hours of kid distraction - loads of parking Con: - not a great 1st impression just by walking in. But once you get in, it's fun! - pricey for a group

I have hosted birthday parties at Surge Fayetteville before, but Genesis, the GM, is the first person to truly make the experience unforgettable. Not only did she go above and beyond to ensure my son's birthday celebration was perfect, but she even dressed up in a dinosaur costume to make the day extra special! Her attention to detail, kindness, and personal touch made the event so much more memorable. She checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed, and went the extra mile to make my son feel like the star of the day. I am incredibly grateful for her exceptional service and for making this birthday the best one yet!

We've had several birthday parties here! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. The workers are always friendly and always helpful. My kids love the arcade games, the slushies, the obstacle courses, and the Dodgeball, especially.

2 kids taking care of the register and 1 by the snack area. The one by the snack area can't use the register because you have to pay at the main entrance register. Come on now. Other than that, the kids on the floor are on their JOB. Place is clean and roomy. Y'all do need a few more couches for we few who do not indulge in the Kool aid plunge 😎

I liked it because it was empty at one point, but they need more workers and please clean that sticky nasty floor. There weren't enough seats in the birthday area for family. The employees were great, though. Especially the guys, the girls had a bit more of an attitude face!
