We brought my 5 year old because her favorite character at the moment is the Grinch. She enjoyed the play areas and the find the Grinch scavenger hunt. We had so much fun and even enjoyed the sculpture garden! We would love to come back again and see more but there was so many interactive displays and we had a wonderful time!

First, to mention, as per the signs, your children are not supposed to climb on any of the statues. I'm thrilled to tell you that the Dr. Seuss Museum is free! I had the best time exploring the museum without waiting in any lines. Although some rooms were more crowded than others, I had a blast checking out all the fantastic activities available for kids and adults. While the museum has a lot of information and pictures, it's filled with many whimsical statues that made me smile. Overall, it was an incredibly joyful experience that I'll never forget! The guides were beneficial and informative. (Except the one guide upstairs who tried to hit on my sister 😤) Upstairs, there is a room displaying Dr. Seuss's family tree. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited in this room due to the absence of copyrights. However, you are free to capture images and videos in all other rooms. Lastly. YOUR KIDS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CLIMB OR PLAY ON THE STATUES AS PER THE SIGNS!

With having family in this area we try to make our way up every so often to visit them and explore. This is a great spot to stop with children or for any other Dr Suess fans. The museum itself brings your favorite characters to life size and has different ways to play and interact with them for the kids. With multiple levels this museum gets you face to face with real life sized characters and also brings the history behind Dr Suess to life. For those who may be on the fence about visiting should know there is also a sculpture garden outside of many characters but the museum is also part of 4 more museums on the property as well. This is a great stop for any art or history fans and is also located right near the Spring National Armory Historical Site.
