The Complex Sports and Entertainment Introduce

Welcome to The Complex Sports and Entertainment, located at 3230 Woodward Crossing Blvd, Buford, GA 30519, USA. As a multi-faceted entertainment venue listed in the Theme Park Directory, The Complex offers a range of activities for local users and visitors across two levels.

Based on customer reviews, The Complex provides a fun experience, particularly for toddlers who can have a blast. The establishment features arcade games, and one notable amenity is a beer station with a variety of options. There is also ample seating available, and one reviewer found the bathrooms to be well-kept. The staff encountered by this reviewer were friendly.

However, another customer reported a significantly negative experience with the customer service, specifically mentioning an unfriendly staff member with green hair who was rude to them and their fiancé during their first visit when they had questions. This reviewer also noted that many of the arcade games were out of order, and even games they were playing upstairs were suddenly turned off. They also found the bathrooms to be dirty and were not a fan of the armband system used instead of a card. Additionally, they mentioned the establishment being hot and some areas needing better cleaning, though they did have some fun and hoped for better service on a potential return visit.

A point of consideration is the cost of the games, which one reviewer found to be a bit expensive, spending $50 within 30 minutes. The admission to the venue is free, but payment is required for points to play the games, with games starting at 6 points and up. A wristband is used to scan at each game, and it can be reloaded for more points.

In summary, The Complex Sports and Entertainment offers a multi-level venue with arcade games and a beer station, providing fun for various age groups, including toddlers. While some customers have appreciated the friendly staff and well-kept bathrooms, others have reported issues with rude customer service, a significant number of non-operational arcade games, dirty bathrooms, and the high cost of playing games. Local users considering a visit should weigh these mixed reviews and be aware of the pricing structure for the games and the potential for variability in customer service and game availability.

The customer service was horrible. The lady with the green hair was not friendly at all. It was myself and fiancés first time visiting and we had questions she was so rude to us for no reason. Most of the arcade games are out of order. We were playing two games upstairs and they literally just turned off. The bathrooms were dirty. Also wasn’t a fan of how they have an arm band verses a card. It was hot in the establishment, and some areas needed a good cleaning. We did have fun however hoping if we come back the service is better.

This place was fun! My toddler had a blast. It was just a bit expensive, so definitely not something we can do on the regular. Within 30 mins we spent $50 on the games. Free admission and then you pay for the points. The games started at 6 points and up. They give you a wristband to scan at each location, and you can reload it for more points. They also have a beer station with a variety of options. Lots of seatings, bathrooms were well kept and the staff were friendly. Didn’t try the food. In addition, place as 2 levels of fun.

Came here for my nephew's birthday party. Looks like something fun for kids his age/teenagers. The upstairs area has a self-serve alcoholic bar. Kind of a neat concept, but a few of the dispensers were out of order The staff was friendly and helpful. A few of the games we played were glitching or not working properly. One of the games completely took my husband's points but didn't work for him. Overall we had a good time.

I must say this was a pretty cool place...it's great for all ages. I took my daughter here this past weekend for her birthday and she had a blast! There was so much to do...from virtual reality rides, large obstacle course, zipline, wall climbing, arcade, virtual baseball, archery, and more. Also tried purchased an appetizer from the concession...the loaded fries, it was really good. I will come back again.

The wings were decent in the cafe but we didn’t come to eat. The arcade - a lot of the machines are broken. The VR experience is poorly ran…one person attends to this section that has over 5 experiences but they can only take in one person in the area. So imagine if this place isn’t crowded you still have a long wait and the manager said that can’t do anything to assist the 1 worker. There was 2 people working at a desk at this slow business on a Saturday. This experience is a learning experience to quit purchasing stuff Groupon. You still don’t get your money worth.
