The Lost Room Escape Adventures

The creativity of the puzzles and quality of the props left me astounded. We did The Lost Key. It was our first escape room in person. I guess I was just expecting a single room with puzzles in it. The experience was way more than I expected. The props and detail were top notch. I wish we could do it again without knowing the answers! Recommending to all our friends and you!

GO HERE!!! There is a reason there are only 7 reviews under 5 stars. The girl who was in charge of our room (I cannot for the life of me remember her name, but she has only worked there for a few months, so please Lost Room give her props for us!!) was the best escape room host we have ever had! We did the Grimm escape room, and it was challenging but not overly challenging - they tailor it to your group's level.

My wife and I visited Helen for a long weekend and decided to play an escape room. We had so much fun with the Krampus room that we came back the next day to play Grimm. Both rooms had fun puzzles, and if you need hints, they are integrated into the atmosphere of the game in a fun way that doesn't pull you out of the vibe. Both rooms were fun with just a party of 2. Kendall and Gabe were great hosts, and everyone there was welcoming and pleasant. I 100% hope to come back when there are more rooms available!

We recently visited The Lost Room Escape Adventures in Helen, GA, and had an incredible time tackling the Grimm room! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The room itself was beautifully designed with creative and challenging puzzles that kept us engaged and on our toes the entire time. It struck the perfect balance between being difficult enough to feel rewarding but not so overwhelming that it became frustrating. Every clue felt purposeful and contributed to the overall experience. The staff was another highlight—they were welcoming, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about making sure we had a great time. Their explanations were clear, and they set the tone for an immersive adventure. The facilities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority for this team, not just in the escape room itself but in the overall customer experience. If you’re into escape rooms or just visiting Helen, we highly recommend giving The Lost Room Escape Adventures a try. The Grimm room was challenging and so much fun; we can’t wait to go back and try another room!

We had an excellent time! This was our third escape room but first time visiting this location. Everything worked properly in the escape room. The storyline was amazing! Highly recommend going here!
