The Playroom

If I could give this place a 10+, I would!!! They said they offered a full-service birthday party and they really meant it! They took all our supplies for the party and setup the party room so perfectly, better than I would! I didn’t have to say anything, it was amazing, they just knew what to do. Their attention to detail and efficiency was incredible!!! They helped with every aspect of the party from the beginning to the end. The party ran so smoothly and we actually got to enjoy it with our kids. Will definitely be doing more birthday parties here in the future.

Wonderful staff! They go beyond to help! We had my sons 5th birthday party here Sunday March 27th and everything went smooth and wonderful! They helped set up all the decorations and even blew up the balloons for us! The play room is clean and has so much to offer the kids!! We definitely love this place and highly recommend checking them out!

This place is very overrated and I think it’s only so highly rated because this is really the only kind of “play place” in the area. The play “room” has no windows, which I didnt expect, unbeknownst to me, they’ve changed their set up as pictures showed a more vibrant room with windows. It has outdated toys, exercise balls in the “ball pit” and outdated carpet which looked to be from the 90s. We came on a day that they stated on their facebook they were giving away little caesar’s free pizza coupons. The coupon was not for a free pizza, it was for a free crazy bread and the coupon was expired but the woman that gave it to us stated they would still accept it. I also don’t know how often things get disinfected as the whole time we were there I saw no one come in and spray/wipe down which I see regularly happen at the indoor playgrounds we normally go to. Additionally, after leaving here my daughter caught a stomach bug (what we think is norovirus) which she then passed to her dad and I. This has never happened to us. I would never return here. Just make the further drive to more fun, cleaner, newer play places.

This place is more than a place to bring your kids for fun, it has a heart beat. I enrolled my son in their pre-school prep class and my goodness they treated him with an unmatched level of empathy, attention, and care. The transition of at home to in “school” was not an easy one, but boy did I feel like I had a “village”. All of the staff and owner are moms who can relate and this place made me feel like I was one of their own, it is an amazing place for classes and of course for fun! All three of my children have a great time every time in their playroom and my 3 year old is now school ready because of their classes! They also have events regularly and the owner Ms. Kerri is exceptional! Highly highly recommended!

Been here a few times and also just had my son's birthday party there today. The staff are excellent. Decent selection of toys/areas for the kids, some older and some newer. Negative reviews on here are BS - yes you do need to watch your own valuables and actually look up from your phone to watch your kids. It's not a daycare, it's a playroom for them to interact and socialize. We'll be back.
