The Rush Fun Park

This facility has unfortunately deteriorated over time and is in serious need of proper maintenance. The restrooms, for instance, lack basic amenities, like a reliable way to dry your hands. Having frequented this establishment since its opening, I am deeply disappointed by the evident neglect and the conditions that both staff and customers are subjected to. The staffing situation is equally concerning. How can two employees be expected to manage everything during the evening hours? As a result, key areas such as the concession stand and the rock climbing section were closed during our visit. The only redeeming aspect of our experience was the young man at the counter who greeted us. He was exceptionally courteous, hardworking, and had a great attitude, despite the circumstances. It's clear that the staff deserves much better leadership and a work environment that reflects care and respect from ownership. Regrettably, I will not be returning. I cannot justify spending my hard-earned money at a facility that fails to maintain its premises and does not offer full access to the services for which we are charged.

Staff were friendly and helpful and that was probably the only good thing I could comment on. The toddler area was pretty gross and run down. Gate to enter is held up with zip ties. It looks like it’s never been cleaned since the place opened. Several of the play structures had padding missing and hard wood exposed. Padding on a lot of surfaces is nothing more than a handful of layers of felt with vinyl stretched over. Cafe seating area was full of spilled chips and candy. Food selection is limited and pricey. Better, cleaner, and cheaper options are available for your little ones.

Good welcome,reasonable price,easy to park! Clean,spacious and a lot to offer for the kids.Couple privates rooms for parties and public spaces too. I highly recommend and my son enjoyed our Wednesday afternoon there👌🏽👏🏾👍🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's a little busy when we came. it with my sister and a family friend from Houston and thought of taking the kids out to SeaWorld today but we decided to leave late and ended up to rush fun park. The place that keeps this place going are the staff. They're very friendly and patient. Shout out to Enrique for being patient with the kids very hardworking and he keep going back and forth to snack station and register at front because the kids keeps getting hungry and thirsty. Kids definitely had fun !

This place is a joke. Seriously not worth wasting your money up in here the seats they got are so hard and super uncomfortable u would think they would have mush better seats for the parents some sections are closed cuz they are broken not a clean place and they rip you off big time so beware! I had to ask for my receipt to just because the pricing was beyond buzzard changed me $147.00 for a 5,8,9,17,18 year old u got to be kidding me it’s ridiculous not worth it people go somewhere else and avoid this place. There’s much more better & nicer places to take your kids to have a greater time jumping elsewhere. Oh yea and one more very important thing to keep in mind no supervision what so ever it’s jump at your own risk and anybody can just walk in & out freely from the building so keep a close eye on your kids at all times one last thing no Re-Entry allowed
