Springfield’s a well-themed area with Lard Lad Donuts, Moe’s Tavern, and Luigi’s Pizza, making it fun to explore and take advantage of photo-ops. The Simpsons Ride though, oof! The exterior’s funky yet ominous with Krusty’s crazy wandering eyes. Despite the queue having some funny pre-show moments (e.g. paying homage to the Back to the Future Ride), it gave cheap carnival-esque vibes. The ride vehicle was uncomfortable, and when moving, it’s jerky and tosses you around; plus, the story was mediocre. Needless to say, this was a one and done for us. We didn’t get motion sick, but this was disappointing and landed in our top tier of worst rides here.

I’m a fan of the Simpsons. That being said the best part of this ride is the outside. The entrance to Krustyland in these photos is a large head of Krusty the clown and you enter through his mouth. The line was a 45min wait so it seems rather popular. In the line they are playing a Simpsons episode with Krusty. This helps the line go faster. The ride itself was very short, jerky, and speed death of the eye. What I mean by that is the movement in the screen was much faster than anyone can react to and therefore not a pleasant experience. The movements of the ride are quite rough—and don’t necessarily need to be. My back is still hurting the next day from this ride. Not a good experience and the ride was shorter than most the others. Longest wait time and shortest ride. We are going back next week and will gladly skip this ride. The outside details are fantastic though!

The simpsons ride is very nice and fun! The place is decorated well with the characters and Springfield in particular. This is a must visit in Universal

I'm super scared of roller coasters but I love this ride. It gives the thrill of a real rollercoaster without having to worry about heights and speed. Usually the wait is really long and that is the only downside of this ride. Else it is a must do ride in Universal studios at Hollywood.

OMG! Just went on this with my 19-year-old 12-year-old and eight-year-old. My wife decided to get off at the last minute. Best decision ever. Ride makes you insanely sick even if you’re not prone to nausea. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
