Well, We came and the pool water is amazing for all family, it’s a little bit warm but it’s ok, the pool is perfect for kids, younger and adults. We love everything…. Ah inside de water park have Jacuzzi (Plus). Always Lifeguard was looking and avoiding some problems.. Safe.

The ticket price was reasonable. However, the women's changing rooms were much better than the family one, which was too small and dirty for the number of families using it. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming and irritated my eyes and nose. Overall, the entire center is nice, but the pool area could use a little improvement.

On Google the information said that the open swim was 3-7 but on the day we visited we were told to exit the pool at 5. Apparently the info is incorrect on Google. Great indoor water park, nice area for younger kids, water slides and a diving board with 12 foot deep water.

Understaffed for the number of people they let in the facility. My son was on the slide and the lifeguard was not paying attention and let another child go down the slide and almost let an adult go down after if I was not screaming at the top of my lungs for her to pay attention. My son could have got hurt. Being a lifeguard requires paying close attention and that individual did a horrible job. I will not be going back. Be careful and be prepared to watch your child closely because you can’t depend on the lifeguards. Very unsafe and over populated.
