The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade

IT WAS MAGICAL! Early admission at 8am was really helpful! We were able to complete three Harry Potter rides from both parks, plus the train before 9:30am. We also love the dining experience and castle light show at 10pm. What a great experience is!!! We had a wagon with us, but universal is so thoughtful. Everywhere is accessible or you can park wagon in the stroller area.

I could live in Hogsmeade at Universal Studios. My son and I had so much fun. Our favorite ride was Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike. We had an express pass but that was the only ride that we couldn't use it on. And the wait was about an hour. We got in line at about 7:50pm and we got on the ride around 8:50pm. I recall because as we got off, the stand selling the frozen butter beer told my son he was the last sell because it was 2 minutes before 9pm. We didn’t get to go on the Escape From Gringotts ride. We can’t wait to go back. It was an awesome vacation.

Amazing experience. Second time with my wife for vacation and was blown away both times by the detail put into this place. The castle is amazing and the rides were awesome. Not a huge fan of the breakfasts as they had powdered egg for the promotional meals. Definitely try the butter beer! Make sure you bring a poncho or something to keep dry as it rains suddenly in the afternoon. There are plenty of places to go if it does rain but it is good to be prepared. I usually bring a ziploc sports bag to keep everything dry.

Hogwarts was amazing. For $60 you can buy a wand and roam the area with a map to cast spells to interact with your surroundings. Brilliant! The attention to detail really made you feel like you were in Hogwarts. The downside was the part was way over sold, and you had to swim through a sea of people to get anywhere. 2 hours minimum wait on every ride. The sidecar ride (a major attraction) broke down after waiting in line for an hour. So, for the price of admission, we only got to ride a few rides. Was it worth the ticket price? No... I still gave them 5 stars as what we got to enjoy was amazing. Try to go when it's less crowded. Good luck!
