I think it's funny this place has good reviews!! I just left there and not one single person was happy with anything about this place!! I went without a working oven/stove for 4 months, no ac for about 3, mold, my house flooded every time it rained. No cable like they said would be provided, pool was closed for 2 months. Packages were signed for by the office and stolen from us. Loud music all the time, speeding so your kids can't just play, broken ball courts, ppl smear actual poop on the walls of the showers. Roaches in the washers and dryers.. it's overpriced and you don't get what you pay for.. think twice before renting from here!

This place is not very professional Mike will evict you doesn't contact you to talk about it!! That was 2 weeks ago so I have been sick over it do not know what going on! I do not have rent now cause of the manager here! I plan on fighting it cause he evicting us over something he doesn't even know what going on! Mike didn't even check into it he went on a complaint from another tenant!

I left there in February 2024 and until now, December 2024, they still haven't given me the deposit, always the same, they don't respond, meaning I consider my money lost?
