Thrill It Fun Center

Hosted my daughter’s 11th birthday party here and it was a total success. The party room is spacious and the party host was extremely nice and helpful. The area is clean. The kids had unlimited playtime on the ballocity party, and they didn’t want to leave after 3 hours playing. I am very grateful to all the staff here for helping my party be a success!

Their workers are so nice and helpful! They found my son's toy, and not just that my niece got hurt, the worker come ask if we need ice for her! We love it! This place is clean, My kids have so much fun!! $16/p for all day in ball room! What I love is you can bring your own food here! So easy for parents! 🌷🎉

We booked the Laser tag party for our daughters 12th birthday on a Saturday in January and unfortunately it did not go as expected. I arrived an hour early to see the facility and pay the remaining balance, as I had never been before, and when I approached the register and spoke with who I believe was the manager who introduced my to my host. The host showed me the room we were going to have and walked me through the facility where she stated her role would be to help me execute the party the way I wanted. At the end of the tour she showed me where I could park to bring in my supplies and food and from there I went to my car to wait to begin setting up. I came back inside at my arranged set up time and began to unload my car where my host did help. Once in the room she asked what she could do to help and I gave her instructions that she executed but I also took this time to go over my plan for the party and asked her to keep that time so that we could maximize our party room time. Once the children started to arrive I asked her if she could start the first round of laser tag with the kids while I finished setting up the room. She came back 5 minutes later informing me to settle the remaining balance. This was not a problem but the timing was inconvenient as we had been setting up for at least 15 minutes alone and she hadn't brought it up. Here nor there time balance was paid from there I went over the timing plan again and she confirmed she would execute as I desired. The host did not keep the time at all and was no help in keeping schedule to the point that we had to pay to extend our party room time so that we could sing happy birthday in the room. We had also prepaid for rock climbing and the high ropes for those who wanted to participate. We did a head count of those who wanted to partake and we agreed to pay the difference. The host split the kids into two groups and got them started, I paid for the second group and I thought that was the end. One of the kids decided that they wanted to join last minute and the host came to inform me that the kid had already suited up and all but demanded that I come out and pay right in that moment since the service had been rendered. This made me feel a little off since the host was hardly seen unless I was looking for her to ensure she was keeping track of the schedule for the kids since the laser tag room was a shared space for the entire facility. The final straw was when we were trying to get the kids set up for rock climbing, we again did a head count and I paid the difference for the additional children who wanted to participate. I asked how long it would be before someone would be able to get the kids started, where the person behind the register said it would only be a few moments. The kids waited over 10 minutes before someone came over to help them, which was again off putting since the manager was on the phone by the claw machines and there were two employees behind the register talking to one another. Overall the kids had a good time, the party room was really nice and they had plenty of things for the kids to do but as a parent I had a higher expectation for the staff in managing the party schedule. I would hate to think that race played a factor or perhaps they were just understaffed, but I don't feel we were given their best effort.

I love their claw machine the staffs are so nice especially if you ask if you can get the plush readjust they will help you and give you a chance to win overall 5/5 I love this I will always come by whenever I visit the outlet at orange

Great place to get your kids away from TV, Video games, and electronic devices!! Their confidence, balance, and heart rate will increase!! Outside food is allowed and you will be glad that they were able to be active. Knocking out when yiu get home for sure!!
