Tiana's Bayou Adventure

Very well themed to Princess and the Frog Movie. The ride is so fun, has a couple little drops and then that last one is a doozy! The first row gets pretty wet but the rest and at the back you can stay fairly dry. But a super fun ride!

You will get wet so get your poncho ready to avoid feeling cold. There is up and down which is not bad at all. The decoration is well worth the wait. You have to join the queue online on the app where it can be completed in one minute so you have to check the opening time for booking and be super fast to join.

This overlay was great! The story is a little lacking but the quality of the retheme is perfection. We had a great time on the ride and the imagineers really did bring the freshness of magic to the ride. Tons of little details, and we all loved being shrunk and return over the course of the ride. Well done Disney!!!!!!

Shew Whee! This ride is a blast! What a great way to update this beloved and classic ride. Tiana is my daughter's favorite princess and such a role model. The work that has gone into this re-imagining is stunning. The queue line is perfection walking through the mill, around the gardens and up to Tiana's Foods entrance. The queues moved pretty quickly for such a new ride. The ride itself is a joyous romp through the bayou helping Tiana find some musicians. Great music, fun lights and AMAZING animatronic characters bring the story together. The ride still includes the famous 50 foot drop where I got SOAKED sitting in the front row! Just a great time all around!

This attraction used to be surfaced for “Splash mountain” based off characters from “Song of the south.” Now revamped for the new generations for “The frog princess” or “Princess Tiana” officially labeled “Tiana’s Bayou Adventure” Other than the aesthetic of the rides characters nothing mechanically or structured has changed about this ride. Same as has its been for the past thirty years as “Splash Mountain” So if you’ve enjoyed the past version of this ride then it won’t disappoint you now with the new resurfacing. Enjoy the plunge!
