This place is really great...in theory. In practice it has some significant shortcomings. The kids cove is all ages but doesn't allow for kids under 40" to ride half the slides. It makes for some upset kids. It's even stranger when you consider the ride height minimum is 42" for the main slides. The lifeguards are everywhere which means safety is a priority and that is appreciated when you have young kids playing here. The different facilities over the course of five days were broken. 4 of 5 days it was the lazy river. One day it was the hot tub. One day the main pool was way too cold to swim in and basically it made it so my kids didn't want to be there in the chillier outside temps. The wait staff is good and the food comes out quickly. The food is large portions and better than average for a poolside grill but expensive (to be expected). On the hot days the place is mobbed by both resort guests and locals. If you don't get there early you can't get a chair and people just plop their stuff down on them and leave it for the day. There's a sign about a 45 minute time limit to be away from the chairs but who's enforcing that? Nobody. Overall it's a really pretty and cool facility but there's a lot of room for improvement in the operations.

Expensive, very expensive place. The food inside is three times the normal price. The line to buy food was horrible. We had to wait about 30 minutes to buy a lollipop and ice cream. Don’t forget your sunscreen, water, sunglasses, because they have a store but again everything is three times the regular price. No food allowed, but if you are going with baby, toddler they let you enter water, juice and some snacks. We went weekend and holiday and felt was not worthy for the price but kids enjoy.

The park is a good destination for kids, offering a wide range of attractions including rides, pools, a water park, and a lazy river. The lines move quickly, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. However, the price for the day pass feels a bit steep, especially considering that you cannot bring in your own food and parking is not included. Parking alone costs an additional $45 per day, which adds to the expense. The food inside the park is overpriced for its fast food quality. Despite these costs, I would recommend this park as a local attraction for kids this summer—just be prepared to spend like you’re going to an Orlando theme park.

This hidden water park in Miami is a gem. Went on a Thursday, rented a cabana for the day, which was fantastic. It included towels, mini fridge with 4 bottles of water and 6 cans of soda, a fruit platter, TV, sofa, 4 lounge chairs and cabana service to order food and drinks. Highly recommend the cabana if you’re going to there all day to enjoy some privacy and guaranteed shade. The pool and water park area are very big. Water park slides are incredible full, well run/managed and clean. The slides may look small but they pack a punch. Lines never got too long, it was also a Thursday. The lazy river was my favorite. The pool was big that it never felt too crowded. Life guards everywhere. There is a bar and multiple bathrooms, which were VERY clean. Great service. We had Diego and he was very attentive and friendly. Spent the day here from 9-6 and was always doing something. Highly recommend!!

My family and friends had a weekend stay cation @JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, and got to enjoy Tidal Cove Waterpark as a part of a deal. Great relaxing time, variety of water activities for all ages ( kiddy pools, regular ones, slides, lazy reaver...) as well as food and drinks options They offer cabanas for extra fees as well. Our kids group ages ranging from 4 to 11 had a great time and also enjoyed on-site ice-cream shop
