Super unimpressed y'all. Out here for a funeral. Drive 19hrs and wanted to let the kiddos grab some grub and play some games while mom and dad got a drink. Understandable it's Thursday at 3pm we figured no problem. There was one woman working the whole joint and we sat at the bar for a good 15min waiting for a much needed beverage. Finally went and asked an employee who was eating if anyone worked there. Only to be told the bar was closed and there was no food. Crap part was, why couldn't that kid just tell us they were closed. He sent my ass to go press a button and proceed to wait longer lol. The games didn't work right lol. But the woman that was there at least helped my daughter get an $8 cotton candy. Least put a closed sign or something out so people know. Would have easily dropped half a grand today. Find a Dave and busters

Had a birthday party here for an adult and 8 guests and we all had a blast! The staff ( Mason and his team ) were excellent and very kind. Made the birthday guy feel so special. Good food, fun atmosphere with tons to do. Everyone found something they enjoyed and we will definitely be coming back!

We celebrated our baby's 1 year old Birthday Party and it was amazing!!! Lots of fun for all ages of the kids and adults. The staff were terrific and extremely helpful especially Zöe and Diamond. The in-laws said it was the best birthday party they've ever been too! We agree 😀 Thank-you for making this day so special and memorable for us 😀

Laser tag at Tilted 10 was great! Well organized and maintained. The layout was big enough to keep the game competitive. The worker was very knowledgeable and helpful! We also enjoyed some of the other arcade-type games. We went in the deep-chill of winter so we were pretty bundled-up. The second floor is extremely warm to the point that you should be in shorts and a tee! So dress in layers! Super great place!

Our family visited on January 29th. It was my first time there. We were there for about an hour and a half and during that time not one employee acknowledged or spoke to us. We encountered a couple games that just took points off our card and didn’t work including the kid’s “bowling.” Three balls came out and that was that. The score screen was black. I couldn’t believe that for as much as we spent we didn’t get one single thing from a claw machine, not even close. The claws all seem very loose and set to lose. As a photographer I did like how fun much of the place looks but ultimately we left with frustrated kids and feeling that we had flushed our money down the toilet for very little actual experience. I’m not sure I’d go back and I can’t say I’d recommend because I didn’t leave feeling that we had any fun at all. Edit 2/22/24: I emailed as instructed by the response and wasted more of my own time on a round and around of emails answering ridiculous questions for a “social media” department. “What day and approximate time was your visit?” It’s in the review. Let me copy and paste it for you. “What games did you play?” How could I list all of that? “What claw games did you play?” 🧐🙄 Then the last email after 5 back and forth …” Our team is checking the games you described to ensure they are working correctly.” I just told you they weren’t working correctly and in one of my photos included with the review you can literally see the blacked out screen. So now you don’t believe your customers either? What a way to glaze over the concern and fail at customer service. I went from being disappointed in my experience to seeing why I had that experience. Customer service is far from priority with this operation.
