Good facility. Well worth the money. Lots of jump space - It's huge. Many activities to engage kids. Reasonably priced. Well maintained restrooms. Their safety conscious video session is a good idea (Even though kids didn't pay much attention, a little bit they listened too does make a difference 🙂) Food and drinks can be a bit pricey. But hey it's a business in a tourist town and they need to run the place.

So much fun! 27 y/o guy here who wanted to try something new with friends and it was definitely a blast. First off, a waiver needs to be signed. Then, they give you a short training prior accessing the climbing and jumping area, and there is also kind staff ready to assist. We tried all the jumping and climbing courses and ending up tired as it is a bit challenging, but definitely recommend visiting with family and friends. You’ll find also a candy/gift shop inside.

Quick to get in and jump (outside of the safety video, but good to have). Kids enjoyed this place so much. It wasn't as much stuff as other places we've visited(some about the same). We did all love how they had different activities and the entire rock climbing wall area with various types (my daughter loved that). The ninja area was so much better than any other place we've visited. They even had the lighted buzzer at the end that blew out smoke. My son really enjoyed this area. I loved how they had tennis shoes by size in cubbies for kids who didn't have tennis shoes. So cool. Had an issue with reporting one of the attractions as down. They saidnit wouldn't be fixed. I asked for a discount or something (had gotten irritated throughout the vacation with paying so much for attractions and not receiving a discount after finding out parts of the attractions are down and won't be running but still have to pay full price. The front desk clerk gave me a big issue about it but called the mgr and said he would give us the discount. The mgr said it with ease and no Hassel with all the understanding, which I truly appreciate. Overall we will defimetly be back and refer them to others.

My 5 year old daughter loved this place so much! We went back the next day to enjoy it some more. They had a foam pit she loved to jump in, the slides, giant Legos, musical instruments to play with, and of course the trampolines! We enjoyed the arcade afterwards too! She wore herself out doing this activity which was good for me bc she went right to sleep when we got home. We went on a weekend and it wasn't too badly crowded either.

Literally half of the facility was closed when we got here due to “understaffing.” HOWEVER, there were at least 10 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. We came 2 hours away to let my sons do the ninja course and it was closed. This was not disclosed to us at the front desk. The staff was also spraying chemicals while there were children present. I’m literally sitting her watching two employees click a pen and talk because they’re not doing anything. We will probably stick with SevierAir from now on. Don’t waste your money. The people working there have a very bad attitude problem. When they open the ninja course for my sons to go on it, they rolled their eyes at them because they’re just little and didn’t know how to do it. They were very very rude and extremely unprofessional. I will be calling corporate.
