Unity Escape Rooms

Me and my party has an excellent time at unity escape rooms! The escape room was very challenging and difficult, but I know if we go back there with a bigger group, we could definitely figure it out. And the rooms were decorated and furnished extremely well. I would highly recommend playing one of their escape rooms!

Have done several games through Unity and have been happy until today. We did the Cabin room and we were disappointed by the lack of theming and props. It was a very plain depressing room. It didn't feel like a cabin at allor even a jail cell. Just 2 plain room with some bar doors. Our game master was slow to respond on the walkie and needed us to repeat a lot. It was almost like she wasn't paying attention to our progress and when she could see we were struggling she didn't do much to help even when we asked. This was my 10th escape room but a first for the 2 friends we brought. This room was an embarrassment to have first time people see. You are at an extreme disadvantage being handcuffed to the wall. You are separated and put into 2 different cells and the clues to one cell assist the other cell and vice versa making communication among your teammates crucial. This is hard to do when 2 of you are chained to the back wall in the corner and cannot see. I could not see for over have the game what everyone else could. Might as well have gone in as 2 people because only 2 of us got the experience. I paid $35 to sit on the floor doing nothing but try and guess what to do. The game master didn't pair us up right or even ask how we wanted to be paired which also put us at a disadvantage. I had to apologize to my friend for how awful this game was. The puzzles didn't flow well and when only 2 people can see you are stuck far too long on one puzzle. We didn't even get to experience the second room in this game. I wouldn't recommend this room and I really hope that the kinks can be worked out so that people don't feel jipped. I have never lost a room and this was a huge failure.

About the lousiest escape room I’ve been to. Won’t be back. Very run down and dirty. The room I visited was pretty damaged to the point a lot of the objects had labels saying do not touch out of what appeared to be a fear of it falling off the wall or disintegrating. The electronics in the game were glitchy with staff constantly communicating how to make the broken electronics work even at one point the staff had to interrupt our game to change batteries. The video interactions were so poorly done we couldn’t understand the words that were almost inaudible and slurred. The puzzles and story lines themselves had no cohesion between them and the whole story of the game was lost. Add on to that rude employees that clearly didn’t want to be there. The absolute worst escape room I’ve been to. Couldn’t imagine they’ll be around too much longer.

The escape room was fun for my teens. It was a first for two of them. They enjoyed working together as a team and that there was no penalty for clues. The place itself was clean with friendly staff. We would come back. We finished our escape room with 1min and 17 sec to spare. Thank you Unity Escape Room for a great outing.

I made a reservation for 6 online with my team from work and made sure to get all our paperwork done prior to our visit as to help speed things along for our visit. The staff were helpful and played their roles perfectly to get us immersed in our roles for the room we were about to take on but unfortunately we did not escape! However regardless of the outcome we enjoyed ourselves and are entertaining the idea of coming back to redeem ourselves, I would highly recommend giving Unity Escape Rooms a whirl if you enjoy these types challenges.
