This Universal park is very good in terms of attractions. I will mention some PROS and CONS to summarize. PROS - Good roller coasters - Very well-designed theme parks - Variety of rides - Closing shows CONS - Insufficient food outlets - High price, low quality - Inefficient pickup order system, even when ordering through the app, the waiting time is long (I ended up waiting 30 minutes) - Poor service. The staff needs to review their processes and training of attendants.

Ticket machines do not work. People waiting for hours in the sun. Way to go, not enough budget for a little shade?

Came to the park and to get on any ride the person at the entrance says not have any electronics in your pockets. You're given 30 minutes with a locker for free, so place my phone and battery charger in it. I rejoin the queue and when I get to the front I then get stopped again and sent back out as I'd left the cable for my phone in my pocket. I rejoin again, and get sent back out, as they'd now said nothing in pockets and I have change I'm my pockets. All these interactions and re-queueing meant that I then ate into my free time. This is not properly advertised anywhere and something that their competitors disney excel at, as even if you have to use a locker, as they don't want you to damage any of your items they will provide a free one throughout the duration of the ride, no matter how long that be. When you've already paid a large amount to come to the park. They shouldn't then be aqueasing every last penny out of your pockets.
