Halloween was amazing The lines were like expected long Other than that no complaints The costumes were amazing The scary jumps were so worth it I totally want to come back for a regular day an event

I can’t say enough. I live on IRB and was in town for HHN and realized I lost my keys once I got back to the garage after the park closed. I filled out a report and hoped for the best. Got a text the next day in the am saying they were found. Can’t thank you all enough!!!!

It is not just lost and found...there is a quiet room, nursing Mothers room, and first aid station. This is also the locker rental area when you enter the Universal Studios Park.

I went to guest services. Unbelievable treatment. Truly top notch. Doug from Scranton PA, was super awesome. Very helpful. He helped convert our families tickets so we could use them our last day. Customer service is far and away superb. Kind, considerate, and pleasant. Very personal. Keep it up Universal. Cant wait to come back
