Universal Volcano Bay

Love this park! My family went to this park on a. Tuesday and it was super fun! Rides were really nice, especially the aqua coaster and one of the blue slides! The online waiting system was nice, although I wish you could wait on multiple rides, because sometimes the wait is really long especially on the aqua coaster. I do wish there were more food options other than pizza. Bathrooms were really clean and there were a lot of snacks! The entering was super easy and quick, although it was a long walk. Would recommend!!

We visited all water parks and this is the best. Go there in swim wear only with as less other things as possible. That will give you independence to move freely without thinking about your things. You just need a card to pay for. If you are a universal guest (staying in their resorts) then you just need your room key. If you are there to enjoy water activities then you don’t need towels nor reserved seats or cabana. Take a locker to place everything. Do not forget to buy a waterproof cellphone cover beforehand. This will improve your experience. If you are staying at a universal resort then better to walk to the park instead of taking shuttle. Walk track is much shorter. Better to buy a 3+2 days ticket. You will wish to go there again and again.

Wonderful water park, activities for big and small kids, lazy river was amazing, they also have a fast river which was our favorite, the fact that you don't have to wait in line for hours to enjoy the rides is a huge plus, yoy scan the watch they give you and return when is your turn, during that time you get the enjoy other activities, huge variety of food and really good drinks. They offer lockers for an extra charge and you can rent a cabana. Parking is in city walk they offer free shuttles to the park running every minute. Definitely going back!!!!!!

Waterpark on steroids. Multiple rafting rides for groups, singles, or doubles. Small drop slides in addition to the giant one. Great for thrill seekers and chill seekers. Wish they had more clocks. Once your reservation time is within 5 minutes, you can enter a ride.

We had the best time at Volcano Bay yesterday. This is hands down one of the best water parks I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in the excitement starts. Once you enter with your ticket, you are given a wristband that allows you to tap the rides virtually and lets you know when to come back and go on that ride. The wristband is a virtual Que line and hold your spot while you go on another rides. I wish all theme parks would have this kind of wristband. This was a game changer for this park. Never had to wait in a long line in the hot sun. We were able to do the aqua coaster, which by far is amazing. The rapid river and lazy river are awesome. We were able to get on most of the tube and raft rides and body slides. Every slide was great and we had the best time ever. We got a locker in the beginning. by the end of the day it was raining and thundering. Typical South Florida and we left. I would definitely come back again. This is by far the best parks I’ve been to. The food was really good and everything was paid by the wristband and cashless.
