This was our first time doing anything like this for my daughter's 10th birthday with ages ranging from 3-13. Everything was handled for me, and we all had a great time. The pricing was decent and the service we received was efficient and super friendly. We definitely recommend booking a party here. My daughter is so happy :)

Absolutely disgusting. Kids are gross, but we do our best to have things cleaned. With vomit, however, there’s a proper way to clean it and especially in a public space because it is considered a BIOHAZARD. For normal vomit spills, kitty litter or a special type of powder is used to soak up the fluids and then disposed of in a biohazard bag. Getting a mop that is the same mop to clean the floors to swish around vomit and then using the same mop to try and scoop up the vomit, splashing the vomit everywhere is absolutely disgusting and again a BIOHAZARD. Some kids even ran through it because it took forever for management to address the spill which is concerning when it happened right by the entrance. We get it, it’s a bunch of teenagers who probably don’t care enough or realize the gravity of the situation but we had immediately left because of it. As for the parents, they should’ve been asked to leave or have left the second time their child was vomiting in a trash can for the second time.

I took my niece and her friend. I several health and safety concerns with this place. A parent reported that there was throw up on an upper structure in the back and the employee appeared to shrug it off. I reported a dirty diaper on the floor of the ladies bathroom and again no response from the employee I told. My niece and her friend wanted to do the rope climb and were told it was as closed after the 2 kids that were in it were done so that the employee could go on break. It was only open for less than half an hour over the 2 hours we were there. The final issue I have is that my Niece brought to my attention that several of the ropes in on of the climbing structure are frayed and even broken.

My almost 2 year old had a blast which is why I gave a couple stars. But that's because he's a toddler and doesn't know any better. The place was lax in that supposedly parents have to pay 1/2 price to participate. But we fully participated and werent asked to pay. We also were not asked let alone required to pay the $5.50 + tax fee for grip socks. We brought our sons hospital socks with grips which sufficed. I recommend everyone wear something on their feet as a barrier of protection against whatever germs are around here. To then be washed upon returning to your home. I also managed to bring a fountain drink in from the nearby Terribles convenience store without staff saying anything. This place is huge and has a lot to offer thus it has great potential. I would love to give it a 5 star review. But I'm honest so I can't. Upon entering, it smelled off. The odor is similar to an actual jungle to be honest. But I had already paid so we tolerated the stench. We spent most of our time in the toddlers section and I kept noticing dirty spots. I even checked to see if these spots were just permanent marks but many weren't, they were able to be wiped away fairly easily. They were neglected. As a parent it sucks when your kid gets sick and while I realize it's necessary to build their immune system, it doesn't set well to think your baby got sick from a dirty entertainment center that should and could have been cleaned. Nor does it set well to think someone who owns it just does the absolute bare minimum by mopping the place and calling it good, all while sitting back counting all the money they've made. They should hire someone to clean the apparatuses. I don't think they will though so for that reason we won't be back to this jungle.
