Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I would put 1 star, but my kid actually has fun there. First of all, I have been to this place so many times I can’t even count, so I definitely have a good reason to say what I’m saying about this place. It’s unkept and overpriced. As parents, we are forced into these places because we have children and it also gets very cold. As stated, I’ve been here plenty of times and have had a lot of fun. My issue stems from my last visit. 1 pm, I was charged around $65 dollars to jump with my kid and grab socks. No one was there, maybe 6 other people. The people working there looked off, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Garbage and other stuff in the crawl tunnel near the rock climbing station. I just feel like parents spend too much money and time to be met with a rude staff, overpriced entrance during non peak hours and a dirty bathroom. Making too much money to treat customers like that. Great memories there but I’m not going back.

We arrived at a 5pm and it was a perfectly fine and fun place for little kids. By 6pm, it got busy and bigger kids. The one main reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4 is because the music was SO loud- I needed earplugs and We literally had to shout to hear each other. And it became louder as the night went on. Music this loud is bad for young kids' hearing so please consider turning it down!

They should rename this place, "See if you can find your kid!". Place was packed on a Sunday. Kids were everywhere. Most of them happy but I did see some tears. Parents were searching for their kids thee entire time I was there. Heck, I even lost sight of my child twice. I can say the place was clean. We rented a room and our helper Mya did a great job. She was helpful, pleasant and fun. Food is mediocre but what would you expect. Kids ate it like we were at a 5 star restaurant, except my 9 year old daughter who said it was trash. Lol. I did not partake. The parking lot was a mess. Had to circle around a few times to get a spot and was told after that there's a parking lot across the street as well. 2hrs of fun for the kids so it was all worth it.

I am writing to share my concerns about an incident that occurred yesterday in this place which left me feeling unsafe and deeply worried for the well-being of families and children visiting your establishment. While visiting with my son and family, I experienced a distressing situation where a woman took my bag and hid it under her jacket. When I approached security and called the police, she returned the bag to my sister, claiming she had hidden it to prevent someone else from stealing it. Upon confronting her with security, it became clear that she appeared to be under the influence of drugs and could barely communicate. In addition, the area smelled strongly of marijuana, and I noticed that the same individual and her group were smoking electronic cigarettes. This behavior was particularly concerning as there were many children present. I understand there are laws and policies regarding smoking in public spaces, and I would like to know what steps are being taken to enforce these rules in your establishment. This incident made me feel unsafe, and I am sure other parents would feel the same if they experienced such behavior in a family-friendly environment. I believe immediate action is needed to address safety concerns and ensure that your space remains secure and welcoming for all visitors. Personally, after what I saw and experienced yesterday, with my children, I cannot be there anymore, realize that the more important for them to get more money not our safety.

I booked a Sunday 10am party this past weekend. I tried addressing an issue I had with a manager on duty over a private phone call but no one called me back so here I am. 1. I called the night before to ask how early I can start setting up and was told 9:30am but I can come in 10min early and check if they will let me in. I was by the door at 9:25am and the manager told me I can’t come it until 9:45am because of a private event. When I said i called to confirm the time he told me I didn’t because the notes say last time i called was a week ago. Turns out the invoice was printed before I called. He told me to stand outside in 20 degree weather until 9:45am. It turns out he saw the updated notes in the system but still wouldn’t let me in earlier and proceeded to tell me how he never told me I didn't actually call lol half of my balloon decorations popped because of the cold. When I asked for the supervisor’s contact info I was given the general number that you can’t get through to anyone in charge. The manager got me help to set up but made this whole process so much stressful. My guests were arriving and I was still setting up the room and bringing in food. The “manager” then told me I should be happy because my room was set up by 9:55am which was not true. Guests were arriving at 10:10am and we just wrapped up setting up. To add to this point, there is 0 communication from urban air unless you call yourself. 15 min setup time is not only unreasonable, don’t believe they will let you in at 9:30 because they wont. 2. They offer 10am parties but don’t offer any breakfast/ brunch style foods for adults. The only option was a sandwich platter which was pretty good but too small for $90 i paid for it. Pizza/ chicken fingers type of foods for kids are all frozen type of food you’d get from costco, reheat and overcharge people on. 3. They claim 25 kids will fit comfortably in a small room which is far from true. We had 27 kids and booked a double room they fit just right. Long story short, book elsewhere.
