Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place has such a great concept and could be easily more successful if the owners put more effort into the right things like the maintenance of all the equipment, higher pay for management and hiring the right people. I must say the manager at this place was totally on point with his knowledge and skills, but a few of the kids that were hired were completely lazy, incompetent, disrespectful and just don't care to do their jobs right. Some of these young adults that are hired a this location just don't have the patience and responsibility to oversee all of the kids that want to have fun and go crazy. The managing personnel should be paid much more with all they deal with. I saw that the northeast location has closed and I hope something can be done for this particular location before it is also closed because my grandson really likes going to this place even though he was treated very rudely by two of the young adult employees. This was something I certainly was not expecting or what I paid for.

Employees were teens who didn't care about being there, they just stood against the wall or sat down. Some employees disregarded kids not following rules while getting after other kids that did the same thing. A preteen (not sure of his age) came up to my husband & tried to push him. My husband looked at me in shock & as the kid tried to push him again I told him NO you can't be putting hands on others. The kid's grandma was at a table definitely not watching after him. Later on I saw the same kid trying to get into the elevator & when I told a manager she just blew it off.

I had my daughter’s birthday party, we had a great time at the park but our party host melody had an attitude and wasn’t very attentive. I was helped mainly by other employees. I asked several times for pitcher refills and she said she had brought them but no one saw her bring them. It wasn’t until I asked another employee about them that they were brought.

This was my first experience at this location. We usually go to the one on 1604 and Bandera. This one was nice. I liked that they had the party rooms upstairs and you could look down at the play area through the windows however when you went downstairs to the play area it was super warm down there! I don't know if it was due to the amount of people there but the AC should still be able to handle that load. It wasn't that crowded there. Everyone was sweating. They need to crank down the temp especially during the summertime which is when we were there. Overall, the kids had fun.

This is the worst experience ever !!!! Nothing is working, balls are not inflated in ball pit , trampolines are flat with no elastic . Nothing was disclosed before paying almost 70 dollars for two kids . I complained to Lilah the manager and she said before you say anything there is nothing I can do . She was point blank rude. She said she is aware of how much of a mess this place is and she can’t do anything about it and the owners won’t either . Worst experience ever I feel robbed of my money and looked at my face and smiled !!!! I am so disappointed and upset . Never again
