Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Great time!!! The building was really nice, enough room to walk around. Staff was very attentive and allowed for a lot of fun. Our kids enjoyed theirselves. Not much things to do for our toddler but we made it work. Recommend visiting this location.

The trampoline park was super fun and of course kid friendly. Definitely recommend any families to come here if they want to get out of the house and do something fun. There is food and drinks you can buy there as well. Only complaint was that we paid for one of the games with our debit card and it didn’t register that we paid for it. I told some of the ladies who worked there and they said they have had issues with that specific machine before. They said we could call the number on the video game machine to get our money back. I didn’t see a number on it anywhere but if they have had issues like this before with this specific machine, they should put a sign on it or not let people continue to put money in it if it isn’t working. Other than that though the place is great.

We had my daughter’s 11th birthday here! From our amazing host Julia all the way up to the management was phenomenal!!! Did not disappoint. Facility was clean, staff was courteous! Food was great and brought out on time. My daughter had the best time! Thank you Urban Air for making this party seamless from the reservation process all the way to clean up! 10 STARS! ⭐️

Went here for a birthday party. Had a great time, all of the staff were super helpful and friendly. The kids had a blast playing on all of the different activities. Snacks were a lil on the expensive side, but they offered something for everyone. Overall had a great time and plan on going back.

I came to leave this review first because I'm here with my kiddos and I witnessed the new manager Richard doing amazing work! The playground was mayhem with big kids. My 3 yr old was scared because kids were getting pushed and knocked down. Richard quickly to put an end to that. I seen him communicating with his team and delegating, it's always great to see management like this right... In the quick second I asked a team member for this new manager's name, my 3 yr old disappeared on me. I'm a terrible parent I know... Anyway after searching for her with no avail I told Richard and he quickly helped me find her. This was like 10 minutes of me not being able to find her it felt like an eternity. I hope this place stays like this. Well managed and safe!
