Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Went for jumperoo because it is a great value ....but beyond that ....wow....this place is probably the dirtiest and nastiest indoor park I have been too. It was appalling to see it as very young toddlers were running around. Trash, dust, dirt, grime, handprints on the glass, broken smashed and dirty ball pit balls, ripped and taped mats, residue on the trampolines...it was beyond filthy. They didn't even bother to fully clean the party room or even wipe the dry erase marker off the doors from a previous party lord knows how long ago. No way your little one doesn't get sick at this place. I am surprised they haven't been slammed with a health violation. They tout at the door it's the cleanest park but it is the exact opposite.

Took my kids here for the first time over the weekend, and they had a blast. There is so much stuff here to keep a kid occupied for a long time as well as an adult. Any age can have fun here, I'd say. It's just so easy to lose track of time and be here for hours. The many things to do include bumper cars, a climbing area with many variations of climbing walls/structures, a zip line, trampolines, obstacle courses, ball pits, an arcade and virtual reality headsets. Also, whenever you need a breather, they got snacks , some meal items, and alot of beverages as well. And most of all this place is really affordable compared to other Denver children activities. My kids can't wait to go back!!

The place is full of children that have been dropped off by their irresponsible and the staff are children themselves. Not one individual on the staff has any means of authority so there's no sense of structure. No one knows how to properly adjust the harnesses for the zip line. My nephew just barely made it to the landing. When I addressed it with the "manager" he overtalked me to tell me what had happened like I was just standing there. I told him that my nephew almost fell out of the harness, and he tried to tell me that my nephew took the harness off because he was scared!! They gave us warm water and when I asked for ice I was told that I couldn't have ice. We asked for a pitcher of soda and was told that we could not have a pitcher outside of the party. So we had to purchase individual cups for 15+ people. This location is less than 5 minutes from my home, I'll gladly drive 30+ minutes to the location in Aurora.

We had a birthday party for my 4 year old granddaughter. Everyone had a blast. They enjoyed the zip line, mountain climbing, jumping, and there is so much more to enjoy.
