Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I accomplished my family for my granddaughters birthday. I’d never been to this location before. It’s got lots of options for the kids and from what I understand, the kids have hours to run off their energy for the ticket price. The staff at the front check in were pleasant enough. One accommodated us by taking a quick group photo for us. There was also a manager (that they think was named Chris) that allowed my daughter to use an empty party room due to health issues. She is epileptic and the flashing lights in one part of the facility were a concern. He also brought her a fan when she was hot, which was way over the top. So so appreciated. Sadly, the rest of the employees there, with the exception of the two young ladies at the snack bar, were all rather rude. Only one cracked a smile and became more pleasant when I engaged in conversation with him. The rest acted like they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. In fact, I went up on the skywalk and the zip line and there were no instructions given whatsoever. Just hooked up and pointed in the right direction. Chris, or whatever his name was, that helped with my daughters comfort and safety is why I am still giving four stars despite the rude staff members. Also, my granddaughter had an amazing time.

Wow! The kids were invited to a birthday party and got a day pass to play. Oh baby! So much for a kid to do. It's not for toddlers, it's for school-aged kids and adults. They have so much cool stuff I don't even know what to mention. Go to the website and check it out, then take the kids. The staff is very young, and the guy at the climbing wall was incredible with my kids.

Had my daughter’s birthday party there 12/13. Booked the platinum package. I specifically booked it in the evening for the glow party. Bottom line there was no glow party, I didn’t get what was advertised, no balloons at the table, decorations were mediocre I would have brought my own. When I called the party line the lady said we could bring in food. We made food ave could not bring it in only cake. It was terrible a huge spill in the middle of the floor bathroom was disgusting and exposed screws in the padded area. Spoke to the mgr while there and he did NOTHING!!! I paid too much money for this party and it was not as advertised. I live in Charlotte and booked here bc it was closer to my family. The Charlotte and Winston locations are wayyyy better!

I absolutely love the fact that when you pay for the membership it basically pays for itself afterwards! Each child gets a free slice of pizza AND a snack everytime we go. Great after school snack AND you get the anxious energy out before homework. Every activity is designed to be interactive and safe. Love it here! Membership per child is only $19.99 and parent add on ticket is less than $10. Per month.

Another spot for the kids.. More of a variety that includes bumper cars, race cars and zip lining and of of course the trampolines to jump around... Bring the kiss and let them have a blast all while you sit back and get a lil/semi massage in a massage chair!! 😉 I suggest you bring your own cash... I approved this message! My daughter had an amazing time.. only thing I'd change is that it needs more staff, seems as if the lines for some rides happen to get a bit long.. I did notice that, otherwise you have to judge. I must add, if you gotta go to the bathroom, it's upstairs and there isn't an elevator so be prepared to walk up quiet a few stairs.. For the people with ♿ be on the lookout cause this is not an accessible place..
