My 6-year-old and I visit this place quite often because she has a membership. Overall, it’s a fun environment with very friendly staff. The biggest downside, however, is the lack of leadership among the crew. They are routinely understaffed, which means there is little if any supervision on some attractions, and some simply shut down. For instance, tonight, two attractions— the VR and the climbing structure— closed around 5:30 PM (maybe earlier) due to being understaffed. The lack of leadership and being short-staffed creates unsanitary conditions. During our visit on December 22nd, there were piles of trash, food debris, and wet socks everywhere. The bathrooms were extremely unsanitary, with puddles of what looks like urine, trash overflowing, and the hand sanitizer units are either empty or inoperable. There may be a few people at the front desk, but you might still be ignored until the front desk person returns. Keep your expectations very low, and you'll be just fine.

We were invited as a guest to come check this place out. It did not disappoint! It is a nice location near other shopping, but I'm not sure I'd leave younger than 12 children there to go do it. They do have plenty of seating for parents and if you brought noise-canceling headphones, it's not that bad. It's definitely not as noisy and over-stimulating than the other jump place in town. The employees and management we interacted with seemed to care and were friendly and professional. There are height requirements, waivers, and all the things you'd think are at an indoor amusement park. NOTE: You do have to wear Urban Air specific socks. The memberships seem very reasonable for what you get. I believe there is a free slice of pizza or popcorn per Platinum pass. We didn't end up trying the food, but they had plenty of options including chicken tenders and wings, Pretzels, waffle fries, nachos, candy bars, cookies, icees, ice cream, cold coffee and iced teas, energy drinks, soda, water, and sports drinks! They also sell some merchandise like shirts, hoodies, and hats. Their birthday party packages seem comparable to other places, but seem to offer much more than most places! The birthday party rooms are nice and you get your own party helper! They also do School Fundraisers as well as Spirit Nights, which would be fun for group functions! It felt very clean in there considering all the running around there is inside. The bathrooms were even clean. The only thing they didn't think of was a quiet room for kiddos who need a minute to calm down or for parents who can't handle the noise. Although they did have a couple massage chairs up front by the registration, which I'm sure cost since nobody was in them the entire time that I noticed. I'm not sure which was my kid's favorite... he seemed to love it all. I do think he loved the obstacle course over ball pit a ton though. The go-karts go for 3 minutes and seem like a long track. The rock wall is monitored and looks challenging. The VR seems to be a hit as does the spin/flip zone. The Sky rider zip line always had someone on it and the obstacle course was also quite full for even a weekday. They also have trampolines, basketball, dodgball, and foam pits for littles. All-in-all, I do believe this place is the best option in the Couve for indoor play fun. You definitely get the most bang for your buck!

Oh man where do I even start with this post.. well this place is absolute garbage. 500 dollars for a birthday party for them to tell us last min that it's only for two hours, the room was not set up at all and the employees are the most rude, disrespectful people I've ever personally come across. We wasted an hour of our two hour 500 dollar party standing in line for go carts that we were stuck in because theres no way of getting out once you're in. My 5 year old got scared on the rock climbing and wouldn't come down and the workers stood there and laughed and didn't do a god dam thing! A worker was allowing and encouraging two big kids to jump and do back flips in the little toddler area and those teenagers were also rude and disrespectful and the worker did nothing about it even after they knocked over my 5 year old a couple of times. Also for 500 dollars I expected 500 dollar quality pizza not chucke cheese quality pizza. If you guys are going to charge 500+ dollars for a birthday package and have THAT kind of service, y'all should be shut down. Sky zone would NEVER. Also maybe hire people who actually like working with kids cause the ones you have right now are not it. Figure it out. Or don't. I don't care, I won't be back.

The kids loved it however this place is a joke. The go karts lost power while we were waiting in line. I was taping my mom with my daughter and two of the go karts that were going up the incline on track came crashing back down into each other. Actually got part of it on video. Thankfully no one got hurt that I know of. Dirty, trash over flowing from trash cans, floor is covered with food and liquids, the netting that is to prevent kids from falling outside of the higher jump trampoline is broken with rods sticking out on side, bathroom is filty especially the diaper changing station pad looks like it never gets cleaned or santized and been peed on, not much going on for little kids either as there is not many trampolines or much for the little ones to do. The under 51" area for little kids no one is really paying attention & is one of the more dangeours play places I have ever been too. They have a mirror that spins and it gets going super fast as kids are hitting it. Whole place is pretty much dark. The go carts were cool minus the 30 min wait when there was not many people in line. The way it is set up is inefficent. Worst part is you pay their steep prices then are told since it is busy there is a 3 hr time limit. If you buy the $149 package for 3 kids and 2 adults it comes with 3 icees, two sodas, a pepperoni pizza & 5 socks that you must have to jump, but you have to order the pizza before your 3 hrs is up or you loose it. Basically 30 min waiting in line for go carts, waiting time to jump as one child per trampoline, 40 min to order your food & eat. We literally had only an hr and 50 min to let the kids play after dropping $149 plus tax & additional fees they tac on. This place is focused on money over the safety of kids. Hopefully another place like this opens but with better management and owners. Staff is almost all young and could not answer questions. I heard I think so, idk, maybe, it should be lol. They are also severly understaffed for the size of this place. Wont be going back.

I enjoy taking my kids here because they have fun. It tires me out. I am good with 1-2 hours but after that I am done. It sounds like a club inside, the music is loud for my taste, and it is hard for me to keep track of all my kids running around, so I stick with my toddler and have my older kids in pairs. If you stay long and eat there, the food is overpriced, and you end up spending a lot more on top of the entry, so I recommend eating afterward if you can wait. There are a lot of fun things to do here and it is spacious. I wish there were more seats for non birthday party visitors.
