We visited this urban air location in Oklahoma City while visiting my nephew’s and niece. It was their first time experience and they had a blast. Friendly staff, very clean and organized, I loved that there was plenty for them to do and explore ages ranged from 5-9. The whole family enjoyed grand parents used the massage chairs. They described it as the best day ever. My daughter who has visited the Chicago locations said it was the best.

Well, it's completely busy but way overpriced for parties. Very loud kids running having a good time That's a plus. Unfortunately, we had one of our party members escorted out of the building . This was from a kid being rude to one of the kids in my party. The kid was banned from half of the playground, the other was asked to leave. Very unprofessional should have just let both stay with a warning. The concession stands are extremely slow, but surprisingly the pizza 🍕 was good.

Urban air was so much fun! My 10-year-old and 4-year-old had the best time! There is a large variety of different things to do from go carts to ball pits to trampolines! We will definitely be back for more fun!

We spent a wonderful fun filled 5 hours here. My son’s favorite was dodgeball, and my daughter’s was the bumper cars. There is so much to do, even on a lower package. I spent that time working on my computer in the snack area. A pizza and drinks was reasonably priced and more than enough. I loved the free refills. Only wish the chairs were more comfortable since I spent so long there.

What a life changing experience!! We will not be going to this specific place any longer, it’s sad!! All because the manager on duty cannot handle pressure of 1 little second grade group. And in the end my experience was felt throughout our party. And vowed to never come back. The major problem, one of the ovens weren’t working. They served our group late. They didn’t have any food for the parents or other kids. And to top it off,the manger on duty, was extremely confrontational and down right rude. I tried to order food he said no and then rudely told me “that’s our policy, we only serve the group” . I explained calmly that I and other parents would be willing to wait until after they served the second grade and I would buy a whole pizza if that was an option. He continued to argue and be hateful. Even the girl behind the counter said she didn’t know why he wouldn’t serve us. And SHE apologized for HIS behavior. There was no apologizing for anything. He needs to get a different job where he is not around people. Especially the face of a company. BEFORE this company has always treated me with respect and kindness. That’s why we always go here as a big group for all our parties. Not anymore! This happened on Dec.6,2024
